I travel to New Orleans for work and have been dropping into Flambeaux CrossFit for over 2 years. Dillon and Missy are awesome instructors and the regulars are always very nice and welcoming. If you’re dropping in or live in the area, you should definitely check it out!
Amazing environment!! Very understanding and they sincerely care about you and what your long term goals are. Missy and Dillon are very nice kind owners & coaches. Everyone I have met has been great/friendly!
Tough and fun workouts with no judgement and much camaraderie. the coaches are exceptional and will push you and invest in you. thank you, Flambeaux, for making me stronger!!!
Would recommend this to anyone looking to work hard and see results. Haven't been back yet, but definitely will be. Staff members are awesome ppl.
I’ve never done CrossFit before. Checked out a couple gyms before I was referred to Flambeaux. I dropped in for a class one Friday and fell in love with the gym and people. The coaches and members are like family and the atmosphere is incredible. Would highly recommend to everyone!
