Pool day to remember at the Go Pool! Organized a ladies day for 14 at the Go Pool in min-June, fantastic day with extraordinary service. We booked early on, like mid-February and experienced 3 changes in staff. While annoying through the planning process it almost perfectly worked out on the day of the event. Highlights: security, we all felt safe which is a big order with 14 adult women. Drink prices were slightly lower than other pools on the strip, although the variety of options was not immense. The wait staff was incredible!!!!! This will stick with us for awhile! Lowlights: we went on a Wednesday and we were the party, we had to request for them to turn the music up 3 times and it never really was loud enough. We were told we could order food in because of covid however day if we were required to order from their very limited yet yummy bar snack menu. Tipping out the front of the house upon check-in, before I knew how they might serve the group-this didn’t serve us well. Went with it and trusted the process, we were disappointed… the promised towels never came, the escorts were not provided, and it goes on… this was the only real let-down of the day.
Great pool club experience. The servers were top notch. We rented a day bed with a private pool area so worth the money! had all day service - didn’t have to stand in line for drinks or food. There was a DJ and super fun entertainment like dance contests! The vibe was great and the pool is super cool as well. If you’re there with friends definitely go here and rent a bed and party all day!
What is normally 5 star dropped to 4. Been going every year. Pool is great. The surrounding area was redone with a rubber flooring which doesn't get as hot as the gray paint in the past. Bartenders Adam and Solo are top notch. Personable and great to deal with. Overall the prices of drinks have skyrocketed over the years. Used to have beer bucket specials each day. Those are gone. The price of mixed drinks over $20.59 for 12 oz. Up to $55 for a pitcher. No DJ. What? It is the Go Pool, they used to promote Day Beats. Hopefully it's just a 1 year off thing.
If you stay at the Flamingo, don't miss the pool! They have 3 pool areas and we love the family pool best! No children were there when we went and it is so much more relaxing than the Go PoolDay Club. The family pool would have been great if children were there as well because of its location and pool size.
Extremely limited chairs that aren't the $125+ sofas and cabanas. If you are someone who needs a chair I'd get there at 9am when they open, place your towel down, and come back whenever you're ready this is something I saw people do which meant chairs went unused for hours when others had to sit on the ground. There IS a secret shady sand aclove of chairs behind the restrooms, so check that out if you need shade! When you reserve a sofa there is a $200 food/drink minimum. That said, it's pretty easy to reach that as standard drinks are close to $20 each and most meals burger, chicken tenders, etc. are fairly close, if not more, to $20 each as well. These are to be expected on the strip! I appreciate there's an adult-only pool as the family pool was small and the water hazy when we walked by. The view is pretty nice as well!
Went over edc weekend. Entry was free but lounge chairs were very limited. A lot of people would enter and leave because there was simply no space for them. We were very lucky to get sun beds, considering the time we had arrived 12pm. Food was fantastic, reasonably priced and you got decent portions. You can easily share one meal between two. Drinks were quite expensive, 10$ for one truly, 9$ for a small bottle of water. What do you expect tho, edc weekend & it’s Vegas. The pool was a lot of fun, dj was awesome. The whole experience was really fun, I would absolutely go again!
Great pool the dj is great and the vibes were better. Floaties galore to party and play with lol man we had fun. I won't lie it was crowded but so fun! I'm totally missing my pool husband lol
I almost gave them 1 start bc one of the bartender lady was super rude and unprofessional however the rest of the guys super good professional the pool excellent and the djs incomparable definitely the best one person never going to represent one place however it’s good find a different place for her!!!
I was during week days and there was no line in the morning. Its 21 and older pool so be ready to show the ID. But on the other hand no kids. Drinks are ok but kinda pricey. But that's Vegas pool for you - my daiquiri was $20.59. For pool its ok price, but if you buy frozen drink on street, it will be cheaper. Upper pool and river are closed now. But you have waterfalls and mid-pool islands. Pool chairs seemed to be clean, but most is reserved. Without daybeds its kinda hard to find spot later. Was at couple of pools after re-opening and this one is still OK.
I am not a type of person that leaves review. But if you are a woman in 20-30s, don’t go. I was there with my friends because we stayed at flamingo, and 1 water is ICE BUCKET cold. You literally cannot swim there. I dipped my feet in for 5 min to see if it’ll feel better but no, this is not a swimming pool water where you can swim. 2 bunch of men were cat calling us all the time and the security or guards didn’t do anything it was SO LOUD everyone was watching us. but on their phones. Security seemed like they were very strict considering they didn’t let us bring our tripod and vape, but I guess they are only strict when you enter. Manage your rude guests too, not just our bags.
