I’ve been a resident here for a year and when I tell you that everyone at this property is 100% focused on making you happy as a tenant. When we first moved in we were welcomed with friendly staff who made our move-in process so easy. The maintenance staff on site is super friendly and works very hard to keep the property clean. Lots of parking. We are not limited to one single stall like most properties. Being a newbie to Las Vegas from Hawaii I didn’t even know how to use the thermostat properly but the maintenance staff was available quickly and showed me how to use it correctly. Any problem a person would have I guarantee the staff will do their absolute best to accommodate and help them. The neighbors are quiet in general we have never had an issue with loud noises. One of the best features of this property is that it is centrally located in Vegas. It is west of the strip the best part of town and half way between the strip and the mountains. Lots of restaurants and activities in close distance. If you are considering moving to this property..I guarantee they will exceed ur expectations!! We are very thankful tenants!
So far i have a excellent experience with the staff at fifty seven 95, the staff is super helpful and nice and we didn't have our car and they helped us get out money order and let us wait in the lobby until we got a ride. We also loved the apartment and they had pretty decent prices for what you get! The property is pretty, clean and large trees around. The apartments are great sized and have a good amount of cupboard space in them and a pantry and small hall closet. There is washer and dryer too. Anyway love this place so far and can't wait to move in.
I moved in November 2019. New management took over on June 1, 2022. The office doors remain unlocked with a sweet individual behind it to help. The property has improved so much more. Flamingo Road is older apartments, but the new property management company plan to improved this place a lot. I have noticed so much difference in my common areas. I’ve lived all over this valley and Flamingo Road has been great for me. Maintenance guys Edwin and Alex just came to do some maintenance on my air conditioning unit and they were quick, informative, nice and professional. Great service from maintenance. My interactions with Brandie and PJ at the leasing office is always great. They’re always professional and pleasant. I’m going to renew my lease because I haven’t had any issues with this new company. Yes things break or need maintenance, but no issues that would make me want to leave.
Unbelievably ridiculous my Mother past we were approved to move here, I Got in a car accident. Was in Saint Rose for 8 days I just got home today. The first encounter on the phone with Antonette was rude condescending I applied for Jetty they got $2036.00 deposit, I have to now fix that, also who ever lived in the unit before I was approved had a outstanding NV Energy bill so the power wouldn’t turn on the power tell the following Tuesday or Wednesday which would be two days after my move in day. I told them my Mother passed they were more worried about getting the money and, a deposit that amounts to 4 times of the regular deposit amount. I guess things just aren’t supposed to work out. Treating people like this doesn’t help! You think you can be snotty on the phone with your first encounter with a prospective new tenant and them not think this is going to be trouble. I hope to God that’s not how you treat your tenants or, future tenants! Also I drove by the apartment after they rudely cancelled my agreement we all signed and, seen roaches everywhere so I’ll pass.
I am so pleased at how fast the maintenance team completed my work order request. I am able to put in a request 24 hours a day which is great because it’s difficult to make it into the office during work hours as I am at work myself. The ease of the entire process is great!
Been here for 10yrs, ever since the new management took over everything has a price after raising the rent they want us to pay extra with stuff that were free before, all they did was changed the color of the apartments, they couldn’t even keep the place clean there’s a lot of cockroaches, we ask them to spray 3x now but no change. I agree with the service is fast but they knock on your door like they just want to kick it open.
I feel in love this place the day I went to tour it. I definitely put an application and can’t wait to live here. The staff also is really friendly and work they with you. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience.
Bad rules, patios are for used for sitting outside to relax and chat with neighbors. To say we can't have patio furniture is rediculous and who says that a step ladder is patio furniture. Landscapers were blowing trash and pine needles every week onto lower patios forcing tenants to have to constantly having to clean up the patios after they left.
LIARS...Applied at 5795 Flamingo Rd Apartments on 12-9-22. Gave them a money order for $300. This was for a $50 app fee and a $250 holding fee. I was denied and was told by Veronica that It would take about 30 days just to get My $250 holding fee back. She told Me Corporate would be cutting a check. It's 1-3-23 and she tells Me My check is not cut. Not to mention that I have called four times to check status. On one occasion Veronica was not in and the other lady in the ofc said she was working alone and would call Me back She Never did. Veronica finally called Me back after calling again on 1-2-23 Saying I can just get the MO back if I bring $50 MO for the app fee. Mind U she filled the MO out. So now I have to take My receipt to the Post office first where I got the MO to ask them if I bring it back will they cash it. When I asked her would it be another 30 days if I waited for a check the answer was yes. Not to mention if the Post Ofc will take it they will likely want a fee. Why was I not even given an explanation as to why I don't have a check and why she still has the MO. Even after I verified My mailing address on one ph call with her. How UNPROFESSIONAL not to Mention LIARS!!! If I do not get some results today 1-4-23 I will be calling Legal Aid and the BBB.
Brandie is the absolute best! She is so sweet and truly cares about her community and residents. If I have any question or concern with my unit she makes sure it's addressed and quickly too! I am so excited to transfer soon to a newly renovated unit as they are BEAUTIFUL!!!!
