Came here for my breast augmentation today, beautiful place, awesome staff! This was my first ever surgery and I was so scared and nervous. All my nurses and and dr’s talked to me and made me feel so much more relaxed and safe, took my fears away. Also I’m feeling great after my surgery very little pain, more of a sore mussel feeling then anything. dr. Hankins and the staff he had working with him in my surgery today we’re amazing! Thank you all. Great place I say!

From pre-op to post-op, customer service is great Online patient portal available for registration. Courtesy charging station at the waiting room. Due to Covid, your ride will be contacted when it is time for pick up. The RNs are great, they go through all the information with you and ensure you are comfortable and at ease.

I’m not sure why others had issues here, but I was treated very well. This wasn’t my first rodeo, but probably the best service for getting scoped both ways. I woke up without discomfort, was cared for extremely well, and was in & out in no time. I really appreciate the entire staff and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you for great customer service in a world where it hardly exists. PS: Thank you for the “thank you” card when leaving… I still have it, that’s how special you made me feel. Ty.

WARNING!! We arrived before the time requested only to wait an hour to be called back. The employee at the counter told me that the surgery was going to be very quick. I asked her if they were going to call me when the patient was done, she said yes and that the patient will be coming out the back door. I went to my car and drove around back to wait. I called the desk an hour and a half AFTER he went back to see if the patient was ready and the employee just said that the patient wasn't seen right away once they are called back. Then she put me on hold, then came back and told me that the patient was coming out now. On the way home I was told that an employee at the desk said that I was waiting in lobby. I was also informed that the surgery only took 15 minutes! Why make people wait 3 hours for a 15 minute surgery? Scheduling needs to be trained on human kindness and respect! Never again!!

My experience was - above and beyond from the get go to the end! Was calling in within few minutes from signing in; inside, all was greatly organized, fast and smooth, everyone introduced themselves and what will the be assisting me with! My doctor was Dr. Calvin Lyons, colon and rectal surgeon; I was going only for the routine colonoscopy, but what a doll he was; fantastic doctor with incredible bed manners; if you need a doctor for your rear, please check his references, there is not other DR of any specialty on line with 5 stars but him! When I woke up, nurse was by my side, I was so well taken care off, THANK YOU ALL! In my release instruction was a Thank You card signed by all that attended me! I have never got that from anywhere before! I was called a day later to see how was doing! I honestly do not know where not favorable reviews came from! I am GREATFULL to the staff! Being in medical field these days is a tough call - I bow to the staff and DR LYONS!

Staff was nice, easy check-in, place was clean, no issues. My advice would be to try to get the earliest check-in time possible. They open at 6 a.m. I would also call ahead of time to make sure your pre-registration is taken care of and to make sure everything is in order. Waiting room is chilly so you might want to bring something if you tend to get cold. And there is Wifi! There are a few magazines to read and the have a small tv playing the Discovery channel or something like that.

Avoid at all costs, if your surgeon/doctor books you here run!!! They will bill you for the privilege of using their facility, which in my case was significantly more then my actual procedure!!! This place is a complete scam. Update: Apparently, it is my insurances fault that the facility billed for more than my doctors. Scam!!!

I took my wife in for an outpatient surgery. After walking her in, I was informed the surgery would take about 3 hours and they would call me when she is done. I left the facility as I was unable to wait inside due to Covid protocol. I returned twice during the afternoon to obtain an update as it had been well beyond 3 hours and no one had contacted me with any news. Both times the young lady at the front desk made a minimal effort to obtain information for me and abruptly asked me to leave going so far as to lock the door behind me so I could not come back for future inquires. The care provided to my wife by the doctors and nurses was very good, but the nonchalant attitude and dismissive actions of the front office staff was inexcusable. Although an outpatient surgery, it was under full anesthesia, and I was obviously concerned and wanted some level of update. Sadly, their primary objective was getting me out of the facility as fast as possible and making sure I did not return. I strongly recommend asking your physician for alternative surgical locations should they recommend the Flamingo Surgical Center.

I had such a wonderful experience having a surgery at the Flamingo Surgical Center! Every provider I encountered from the nurses to anesthesiologist treated me like royalty! I could not have asked for a better experience and owe it to all of the professional and compassionate providers there! Thank you for everything you did to make my stay stress-free and very comfortable!

I rarely if ever take the time to write a review. Horrible service and shady practices. very rude and uncaring. it is a machine of people in and people out and it is obvious they literally do not care. if your doctor can work in another facility i recommend they do so too many negatives to list. Take extreme care and visit before allowing your doctor to operate on you there.
