We didn’t use them for plumbing. We did however move boilers or did any kind of removal needed for this company they weren’t to handle themselves. They have owed our company $700 for almost 2 years with little to no response or even an effort to pay us. Beyond that they actually called us to do another removal for them and when we refused until the debt was paid, they screamed and moaned and hung up on us. It’s 2023 and we have yet to be paid, the company as a whole is embarrassing.

Came out to do an AC system check as one room was not cooling. Technician was very chummy, telling me dampers were working fine and that really we just need a new air filter. Took about a half hour. Told me he'd bring one by in the morning because he didn't have one on the truck and made it seem like he was doing me a favor/went on at length about how he doesn't like to put the screws to people. Next day I was at work when he dropped by with the filter. He took 10 minutes to install the filter, then handed my wife a bill for $379. Invoice said he spent two hours at our house at $150/hr. Called them to complain that this was nonsense. Was told they'd look into, never got a call back. Will never use them again.

Very expensive for a simple job. Had to come out multiple times for $150 each time. First time the answer was “flush the synchronized with baking soda”. The second time it supposedly was the a/c unit. The third time they claimed that the builder had build the house wrong and therefor the toilet smelled.

I began working for this company on Monday. I completed my first week of work yesterday. So far I feel like I fit right in as a member a solid team of knowledgable Plumbing & Heating Specialists. I am looking forward to continuing my career here.

Todd Flanagan now owns and runs this company. They are local in Fairfield and do quality work. I've been using them for 20 years and they always come through in a pinch. Jason and the office staff are very easy to work with. Crews work neatly and are capable. They not afraid to consult with the senior players if they get stumped. I like that they don't spin their wheels. Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. When it comes to plumbing and electrical work I don't fool around with the low cost provider.

No details given no calls back. Called for the owner to talk about unprofessional plumber sent who just wanted to sell a new boiler instead of fix what was wrong with the boiler to begin with. He was angry the guy that cane out Friday didn’t fix the problem Friday. No communication about the bill every time plumber talked to me he told me about another problem with the boiler still wanting to sell a new one !!

Excellent customer service. We had a water pipe burst last week, in less than 5 minutes they had someone at our house to turn off the water. Within the next hour they had come up with a solution to get water on in the rest of the house as they know we have 3 young children. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of our home and family.
