Nice haven to get out and walk by the brook and through the forest. With the soothing sounds of running water through the creek, you can take a seat on the rocks or over the foot bridge and relax. Great kids playground as well. Will have to go again in summer and fall.
Lovely bucolic woods, pond and nature center close to Manhattan. No fee, several woodsy walks, including a short board walk suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
There's a little playground for kids. It's really peaceful. Also very good for a quick and easy hike.
Nice trails, not too long - just right with younger kids which also enjoy the creek and pond with snapper turtles. Wild turkeys in Fall and deer.
Beautiful park with nice hiking trails. Not difficult at all. Nice place for kids with cute little playground and picnic tables for the after hike lunch.
Such a great place to experience nature so close to the city! Great to walk around and clear your head or to go with the family and friends
