This is the worst I repeat WORSE. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. The dentist/hygienist in this place are the worst ever. The receptionists are rude the hygienist doesn’t wanna do her job the management is OK with no one doing their job nor does the managementsome guy name Philips listen to the complaints of the customers. They canceled my appointment because I told him I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning they did last time instead of doing better they told me I’m no longer accepted to come to their place of business cause I told him I was gonna take pictures before and after the job is done. Some lady name Kim said do not come in the day before my appointment. Dr. Oksana Zak, DDS Dr. Henry Feldman, DDS Dr. Michael Esses, DDS Dr. Olga Ferdman, DDS I’ve spoken to Claims department and made a complaint because this place needs to be closed down immediately. ASAP
If I could give this place a zero I would. I made an appointment for 10:30am & I watched 3 people get serviced before myself. By the time I got seated into the chair the lady took my x-Ray and I proceeded to wait again. By now it’s an hour in a half pass by appointment schedule and I decided to leave. The front desk has no organization of their system. They put me for 11am but my phone sent me a text message stating my appointment was for 10:30am. Someone also called me the day before to confirm the time for 10:30am and I still never got serviced at the correct time. Please do better! & To the comment you had the audacity to make you couldn’t solve the issue right in front of me. You took my phone out of my hand to understand your own system that makes absolutely no sense. Yet alone you guys serviced someone else before me and their appointment was for 11am. Find a better system because I’m completely turned off by my experience here. This is not the first time this has happened!
Horrible! There was one African African lady who made me feel comfortable as I explained I have a phobia of the dentist. I have anxiety. She was so sweet. The dentist came in and I explained to him I’m not a fan of the dentist, I am very afraid. He didn’t take that into consideration at all. Gave me a very rough cleaning. Water everywhere. As the assistant was taking the bib off of me he’s shouting for me to turn around and look at my X-rays on the screen. “Turn around! Turn around! Turn around!” The lady is still unclamping me. Are you serious? Can you give me a second? Before I could gather myself he snapped and said “Miss are you interested or not?!” with the nastiest attitude ever. Made a hurtful remark about my teeth which I won’t repeat. I’m never going back there and I don’t recommend. Name on my referral says “Boris”
DON'T GO THERE! When we got there for my daughter's appointment they said the doctor had just left and that the receptionist was trying to call me all day. Yes, I saw the calls and returned them back twice and confirmed my appointment for the day twice with two different people, they never mentioned any cancellation. They can't say they didn't reach me out. Tried to offer me a different day but I won't come back. I can't leave my work early again, not to mention that I'm 30 weeks pregnant plus the train and the three buses we took to get there. They are hilarious.
For the staff that reads this and possesses integrity, get out! Felix, the mafia style boss, runs that facility as if the staff members are his chattel. He is all about the money and does not care about customers/patients one bit. I am beyond disappointed in the treatment I've received after receiving a janky crown that needs to replaced. Now all of sudden, I cannot be considered for a reduced price, in despite of several issues I've previously had with the crown. I will not allow anyone to "shhh" me when I am being direct and respectful of my opinions. I will take my business else where there is respect and consideration across the board. Felix, you don't own me and I will not let up on this. Expect more complaints from me. I've watched your mannerism with the women staff and I've also experienced your sexism towards me. Enough is enough.
Worst ever customer service I ever got. I spent an hour to switch the dentist insurance for their office, but after that I called them 15 times while being put on hold for 5-10 min, and in the end they told me that they need to check the insurance IN THE OFFICE only and despite Zocdoc has availability every day they told I will have to wait until end of May!!! All of that after constant putting on hold and in a rush, they just try to get rid of insurance clients I think!
Thoroughly displeased in my experience with this dentist practice. The service is not good and makes me wonder if the staff is even licensed. The women in the front desk are unprofessional especially the white girl who has a nasty attitude every time I visit and is always rude to me when I call in. She refused to tell me her name when I asked for it on the phone after she disrespected me. There is no order in this facility and plenty of room for improvement. I came in for a teeth cleaning and my teeth is not clean at all. I requested that they redo it properly even if I have to pay out of pocket, but instead the woman hung up on me and when I called back numerous times after, she sent me to voicemail purposely. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here and encourage you to vet a more professional and serious dentist office.
I’ve been going here for years and it is normally a great experience but I guess they’re under new management and with the several new employees that they have, it was pretty bad. I was running late so I called beforehand to let them know and they told me it was fine. I get there and had to wait a little over an hour to see someone. When I finally got in I noticed that the atmosphere was a little unpleasant. I felt a little uncomfortable. The workers in the back are also pretty rude. I had to ask for a worker to repeat herself and she blatantly rolled her eyes at me. When she informed me that I did something incorrectly, she laughed out loud in a very condescending manner for almost 15 seconds before telling me that it was fine. Clearly it wasn’t but the laugh wasn’t necessary. Overall, it was pretty bad. I gave two stars only because one of the receptionists is someone I recognized and one of the only people that weren’t rude to other patients.
Definitely changing my dentist…. I’m in more pain from when I came in because Dr.Roberts decided to poke around my teeth with a Sickle probe which I understand it was to check for issues, but when i stated I was in pain he kept poking around. Now I can only eat on one side !
Had a very pleasant experience at this dental facility. Juliet, Helen, the Russian technician who took the films, the other lady who did the cleaning and polishing and Dr Zack were all friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. With mask-wearing, the receptionist will need to speak a little louder so as to feel/hear her energy. WELL DONE FLATLAND DENTAL CARE.
