Great customer service as far as the front desk goes...unfortunately it stops there. I do not believe for a moment that there were no used tires available in one of the most common sizes there is. But I did to agree to buy one new tire and requested a price quote for four new tires, very reasonable price. Not too bad a wait but after getting all the way home, I discover the decorative spare tire wheel cap is missing. I return and wait again for the cap to be put back on, and the guy who brings my car out seems to think it's funny that he's put it back on upside down. I just left, done and disgusted. I will NOT be returning for the other tires, nor the rear brakes, tune- up and other purchases I had planned to make.

My alignment was knocked out and i had a damaged wheel. I had a second set of stock rims so they took the tread off the damaged tires and put them on my other wheels. The price for the 4 wheel alignment and tire mount was less than my quote from my VW dealer JUST for the alignment and the service was done same day, done in about 4 hours. Good people to deal with on this experience. Only reason i am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because after i picked up the vehicle, i noticed a white residue on the inner part of my driver side door that wasn't there before and it took awhile to clean off. Please tell your mechanics to make sure the vehicles are as clean as before, if not cleaner.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I did not have an appointment. I walked right in and told them what I needed done. I watched tv in their waiting area for about 1-1.5 hours before my car was done I consider this pretty fast considering I was walk-in. The price was fantastic! The people I spoke with were very friendly and kind. Very high quality used tires! I will for sure be going here in the future and telling everyone I know who needs tires to go here as well.

These guys are awesome! Fair prices, honest staff, and quick service keeps me coming back. I've had 3 tire fixes done here - hopefully, I won't need another one any time soon, but I will be back if so.

I've been getting my tires new and used at Flatt Tires for 15 years or more. My wife, who is a Des Moines native, has been going there for much longer. Their customer service is excellent and they are very fast. With a new set of warranteed tires you get free rotation for the life of the tire. They also offer various fluid changes and flushes as well as brakes and other service. Very reasonable prices, too. Can't recommend highly enough.

I used to love coming to Flatt to have vehicles worked on, when they did oil changes. When they stopped doing them, it seems everything changed and process went up. Knowing a little bit more than average about cars, it seems the prices to repair or replace were really high. $600+ for brakes and rotors all around on one vehicle someone else brought in. Tires seem to be really marked up and higher than others. People at the counters are ok. Depends on who you talk to. It used to be better.

I was on a road trip that went bad in the middle of the night. Lost both tires on the right side, plus the rims were bent. Had to get a hotel and wait until morning to find a tire shop. It was a Saturday and I was calling every tire place in the book and all I got was can't help until Monday, it will be 3-5 hours or longer, not open, we just closed, can't fit u in I could feel the eyes rolling, no used tires, and rude rude rude. Then I found Flatt Tire Center and they were so understanding and courteous, they had the 2 tires I needed and said they would wait until the tow truck got there, yup they stayed even though they were closing because they care about their customers and are reasonably priced. The wait was short but me and my little girls were given drinks and the atmosphere was so friendly yet very professional, I felt right at home. I've had no problems with my rims and tires and it's been a month. These guys are the best.

They can sell you very good condition used tires at an affordable price. All the way up to new, high end tires at prices below what "tire stores" sell the same for. Plus, they don't nickel and dime you with added costs like shop towels or environmental charge and others. Most of the time I am in and out in less than a hour. I have over 200,000 miles on my 06 Malibu. Bought the last 120,000 miles on tires from Flatts at about $225 for all four. Mounted, balanced and out the door.

I really love this place! They always have the tires I need and they are always a great price! If something happens to one or more of my tires I know they are just a phone call away. The people are friendly and the service is fast and great! Highly recommend them.
