Story

Between the rapids of life, the twists and turns of the daily grind and the turbulent white waters, there lies the Flatwater. A place to kick back and relax, meet up with friends and family, share some laughs, and enjoy good eats and drinks. Sit out on our waterfront deck and watch the ducks fly in and skid across the canal while you take a deep breath and exhale the day away.

Quality, fresh, made from scratch comfort food. Make sure to try the house-smoked-pulled-pork. Featuring home-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees and some of the best fresh cut french fries in town. One of the best draft beer selections around compliments the full bar and value priced wine list. Cozy bar (sit by the fireplace), and intimate dining room with local art. In the summer, check out the waterfront patio and outdoor bar. Live music on the patio throughout the summer.

Our first time here did not disappoint! Friendly staff and outstanding food. The side of Brussels were delicious and sweet. The cauliflower tacos were yummy; slightly pricey at $14 without including a side but still worth it. The tacos were big enough for 5 of us to share. Metered parking out front was free on a Sunday.
The dine in experience was awesome, thanks to the bartender today for keeping us very hydrated with Moscow mules and the fish and chips was the best I have had since moving to Indiana. It was also nice to see a very dog friendly space and the servers brought water out to the pup's. Highly recommended.
A classic spot in BR. Great staff. Patio seating. Bar seating and front room too. Solid food options too.
I cannot rave enough how cool the staff is here man. They're out of the park amazing. Chill, friendly, helpful, all of the things! Sitting on the canal and watching the birds, ace. Food, 10/10. If you're in the area and don't come here, what are you doing with your life?..
Place has the best service. Staff is always friendly and very tentative. Foods great too. I’ve been here twice and ordered the fish tacos both times. I’d put them on my top five list of best fish tacos.
