Flea Market & RV Park at Menge

This flea market is rude, trashy, and overpriced. They have a very rude old man that sells coins who thinks a good price is above premium like I gave him a book value and he double it, throw the box of coin down in anger and started Mumbling under his breath about me. I felt looked down upon the whole time. The only bright side on this endeavor was this guy who sold baseball cards he was so kind and had the best prices I have every seen on baseball cards :)

The place has much improved since my last visit. They have constructed more sheds for shade for vendors and patrons alike. The bathrooms still need some work though. The food vendors are pretty good as the is a decent variety to choose from and prices are not too bad. Parking is still as chaotic as ever though.

My suggestion would be an indoor flea market for the hottest part of the summer. It is only May, and I got dehydrated and started shaking. I was not the only one pale and wishing for the indoors. Indoor auctions have huge fans and keep their locations fairly cool. Just a suggestion.

This is a great place to pick up great stuff for all your needs. Very nice people. Good fattening food. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice enough restrooms.

I love the vendors here. Most of them are so nice. I know a lot of them by name. What a great place to spend the afternoon, shopping, eating and socializing.
