Fleet Feet

I love coming to this store! Not only for the great shoes and service that the store provides here but for the friendly and welcoming staff. Their community runs that they host weekly have always been the highlights of my week and I've been able to meet so many great people that I otherwise would not have known. I highly recommend this store and the run club if you're interested in staying healthy while meeting some wonderful people from Decatur and/or other neighboring towns!

We just had such a great experience at Fleet Feet Decatur! My husband bought new running shoes at FF in Aug, but after 1.5 mos, realized they weren't the right fit. Not only did FF take them back even after being used, but he was able to get a custom fitting and find a great new pair. Thank you to Sibyl for helping so much and giving us so much time and attention!

It was a very personalized, educational and fun experience in the store. Sibyl was amazing, and extremely thorough in helping me get fitted! My new shoes are awesome, and my wife can't wait to get fitted for some next!!

Wonderful experience! The staff was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We enjoyed the foot scanner and learned that we had been wearing the wrong shoe size. We walked out Witt 2 very comfortable shoes. Our feet and bodies thank you!

Today was my first time visiting Fleet Feet Decatur and I’ll be back! It was busy as expected on a Saturday, and I was greeted by Max and placed in the queue. Max was extremely helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and was very patient, ensuring that the shoes I got were exactly what I wanted. Great experience!

Called the store to ask if they had a certain type of insole that I was looking to try out in person. The store associate who answered the phone said they had several of these types on hand. I double-checked with him to make sure he understood what I was asking for and he said to hurry up as the store closed at 6 PM that day. Showed up to the store and the other associates I interacted with did not seem to know what type of insole I was talking about and asked if I was sure I had called their store. I confirmed with them showing them the call log on my phone. None of the insoles I was looking for were on hand. The store associate I had spoken to on the phone ignored me and didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize for giving me misleading information. I wasted an hour driving to this location only to find out they didn't have what I wanted to try out in person.

Very nice store,went inside and was treated very nicely. The male clerk was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a comfortable running shoe. Next time I get paid will go back and buy one of those nice watches.

Went in and asked to do a fitting, the gentleman reached down and touched my toe. Said, nah it's a little snug. He was not so helpful. I was the only person in the shop, I was hoping for a better experience. Maybe because I am not a runner and that's their concentration?

I wanted walking shoes for an upcoming vacation and Lauren helped me find a perfect pair that fit my wide feet and accommodated my orthotic insoles I had several choices which is rare for me to find for my women's 9E feet!. She was very knowledgeable and patient.
