Customer service is terrible. I've purchased products in the past, but this last order has me regretting coming back to them. I placed an order for curbside pickup which was supposed to be available within 2 hours over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. I was told I’d receive an email when my order was ready for 2 hour pick up. I never received an email. A couple days later I received an email asking if I could come pick the order up. I confirmed that I could pickup later that day. I went to the studio, called and no one was there. I sent an email to inquire about my order—no response. I called 4 more times and keep being sent to voicemail with no one returning my calls or emails. I've driven to the location multiple times during regular hours and no one was there nor answering the phone. In my last email I requested the order be shipped instead and still no response. I will have to go through my bank to dispute payment as product has not been delivered and appears that it won't be.

I enjoyed my first facial back in March and made a deposit for my next visit. I've called, texted, emailed and have not been able to reach anyone to confirm my appointment or to request my deposit back.

i got my facial done with the talented Danaya yesterday. she was able to identify a skin condition that 3 previous dermatologists weren’t able to. she also deep cleaned my pores in a way i haven’t experienced before; i am very oily so my pores can get congested easily. when i woke up this morning my skin had a smoothness and glow that i haven’t seen in a while. i am super excited to continue my skincare journey here. — also the ambiance in the studio is amazing. it is super beautiful and relaxing. a 10/10 experience, i would highly recommend!

While the products are great, the customer service is horrible. I’ve purchased products since 2020 and my last 2 purchases have gone horribly wrong. I was shipped the wrong items and then I had to drive to the location to get the correct item. Most recently, I purchased products at the beginning of April and was told I’d receive an email when my order was ready for 2 hour pick up. I never received an email. After 3 weeks, I sent an email to inquire about my order—no response. After 2 more weeks, I called and was told I needed to pick up my order. I was also today that I could come on Saturday. I’m here to pick up my order and no one is at the location nor answering the phone. There was no issue taking/accepting my payment for the products though—just with my receipt of them.

Since movning back to ATL from LA, I was so concerned about who would take care of my skin. I was introduced to Jewel the owner and decided to give her studio a try. You know how they say 1st impressions are lasting ones?! Well I was blown away by the level of service I recieved from the beginning to the end. The ambiance, the vibe, the interior, the level of comfort, the staff, the cleanliness, it all met my expectations. I have now been a client of flesh for over a year, I constantly get compliments on my skin, and every product thats recommended has helped my skin tremendously. If nothing else their black soap and asstrigent is a must!!!

The services here are absolutely amazing. My esthetician, Ashley, makes sure that my skin gets exactly what it needs every visit. Each facial experience is customized to you. There are no “one size fits all” options here. I’m proud to support this black owned business and the lovely team that keeps everything going!

Before I start, I know this may sound dramatic, but Jewel really did change my life and boost my confidence... I have been seeing Jewel for over a year now. She was the only holistic facialist at Flesh Skin Studio at the time and although she was busy then I found a way to get an appointment. I have very sensitive skin and when I came in she took the time to really look at my skin, ask me what I eat, my lifestyle habits, etc and we put together a plan of action! We discussed what to cut out of my diet, what to add to it, and the best products to use that she just happens to also supply. Session after session not only did I watch Flesh Skin Studios get bigger and bigger, but I watched my sensitive and acne prone skin, complete transform! Now Flesh Skin Studio is fully staffed and every one there does amazing work and is extremely personable! The space is also a place of complete peace! I feel so rejuvenated when I leave every single time and I’m always excited to come back :

I saw Jewel prior to my wedding and expressed a desire to have clearer skin without daily usage of makeup. I have always have issues with my skin however I now receive compliments on my clear and glowing skin all of the time. The regimen that Jewel provided for me has worked my skin and I cannot wait for my next treatment with Jewel.

The staff couldn’t have been more attentive if they tried; from greeting me as soon as I entered with such positive energy, then listening to my needs and wants for my skin, to taking answering any questions or concerns I had through the entire process.
