Flight Crew Motorcycle Repair

I would never use this company. The customer service was bad, and couldn't get a return call. I asked for a quote to replace a fender and was willing to pay the 60 dollar fee. After 3 weeks of me chasing them down the only excuse they gave me was they couldn't get Harley to return there call. I decided to take my business else where.

Gets 1 star for being there on a Saturday per the time posted on the internet. However, prices fluctuate depending on how much you look like you have as a customer. Do not drive up to this shop in anything nice or the price goes up. Lastly, this dude is RUDE.

Brought in my motorcycle because I was told that they could do the valve adjustment on it. The adjustment that they did put the bike further out of specifications and then one of the carbs and the throttle cable were adjusted to double the price of the job I was quoted for. I was told that if the bike got worse I would need to bring it in and have it torn apart and inspected for damaged parts. After the bike got worse, I brought it into the dealership to have them adjust the valves. After a couple of days the adjustment was finished and the valves are now extremely quiet no need for replacement of parts. The mechanic obviously was not able to do this adjustment on my motorcycle. Unfortunately, I had to pay twice to get this problem resolved because of this. Get it done right the first time and avoid coming here unless you need minor work done tire change/balance, oil change, basic maintenance, etc.

Stopped in randomly and in no time they figured out what I needed and I was on my way. Thanks very happy!

I've stopped by twice with a minor issue or questions. Owner? was very friendly and came right out to help.

Avoid this place at all costs. POS!! Price went up dramatically upon pick up for "unforeseen problems".

$175.00 for labor to put on a tire this place is a joke
