Flix Brewhouse Albuquerque

Atmosphere is clean. Picture and sound quality is exceptional. Service not too great on weekdays. We ate and received our check before we got our drinks. After we had written and ordered them 3 different times. Also, the ticket taker wasn't too friendly either. Overall, the place is average and convenient, the service just needs a little work.

Went to watch a movie for the first time here. This place is very clean and very nice. The staff are so nice and accommodating! The food is delicious and fairly priced! I love this place :)

Don't tip! 18% is already included in the total. Flix is a great place to see a movie but the gratuity policy is clearly a scam. In the dim light it's almost impossible to read the fine print of the menu so I don't know if the fact that they add an 18% gratuity is mentioned or not. I do know that they fold up the itemized receipt, which is really hard to read in the dim light, and tuck it under the credit card receipts where it gets ignored most of the time. Yeah, in the end it's my responsibility to check the charges are correct but that would required using the flashlight on my phone which would piss everyone around me off. We only spent about $10 so that we tipped on the order of 38% wasn't that big of a deal but if we'd have been drinking it would have been a lot more. If they were above board about this they would splash the precalcluated gratuity up on the screen. I wonder how often the staff gets to split 35% - 50% tips because customers aren't aware?

Going to Flix Brewhouse is a treat! Although I expect to spend $40/person including movie ticket, drink, food, and snacks - it is worth it! The fried pickles are spicy and DELICIOUS. The popcorn is okay tasting, but they compromise the taste by providing full course meals. I recommend ordering the green chile burgers. Overall, great beer and awesome way to spend time with friends and family!

The food is so-so. The setting and beer availability is unique and unlike any theater I have been in before. Chairs are comfortable with trays that expand (the how someone can sit in a theater chair and also dine). I plan to go back in order to drink beer during a show, but am uncertain if will dine-in again.
