We had been going through a renovation with a separate company that left us with a ton of water and mold damage in my basement. We were referred to Flood Fire Pro by our insurance. They worked with our insurance to take care of all of the approvals. They were kind and understanding working with our family. They were prompt, they returned my calls and answered my questions, and they were incredibly professional. We're planning to work with them to rebuild the basement. We would highly recommend their company!

After a home inspection, we needed an expert to evaluate our home. I called on a sunday, Matt was able to come at a time the agents gave on Monday. We had a quote for the project by monday evening to help secure our home safely. Highly recommend, great company, family focused!
