We cannot say enough about the customer service and professional design advice in appearance, function and how it is installed. Kevin's zero-pressure and willingness to answer our questions helped us have confidence in our decisions. Our project was to renovate our carpeted staircase install hardwood add a runner and change rail and pickets and carpet the bedrooms. Because we have a unique hardwood in our house that isn't made anymore, he researched the product and found options that worked for us. His advice on carpet types and styles really helped us decide and we love our choices. Finally, his installation team was perfect. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and took the time to make sure everything was right for us. They kept the work area clean and always picked up at the end of the day. A better install team can't be found. Overall a very calm and happy experience from start to finish. This will not be our last project with the Floor Center of Stafford. Thank you Kevin and crew!

Kevin was amazing from the moment we walked into the showroom. He was very patient and knowledgeable when we were selecting the materials. Kevin came out to the house a few times to take measurement and finalize the plans. Aldo, the installer, was top notch too. He was very professional and conscientious. We felt so comfortable with Kevin and Aldo we left the door open if we were not going to be home. We had a complete kitchen remodel. The floors, cabinets and backsplash were installed by Kevin and Aldo. This company provides impeccable service and high-quality workmanship. We will highly recommend.

Kevin is a great person! He's an honest professional who takes pride in his work. Quality work and Customer satisfaction are his top priorities! He and his crew are reliable and considerate of property. His company remodeled our entire 4100 Sq ft home. He is an incredible designer and uses quality products. I can't thank them enough and they were flexible with my schedule and was ready to go as soon as my calendar opened up. The professionalism, care, and concern for attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I had another home project going at the same time and Kevin offered some good recommendations. Kevin and Aldo did a great job with our project. Kevin reviewed several options with my wife and I, and then he, Aldo, and their team installed the flooring as promised. Kevin even went to personally pick up additional material when my family expanded the project so it could all be finished at once. Highly recommended!

Kevin and his teams are incredible! We used them 20 years ago and when we decided to have new hardwoods and carpets, we went back. His crews are the very best. Neat, clean, professional, and did the very best work. I have worked with other companies in other cities, and none even compare to The Floor Center. The best in Stafford, in my humble opinion. I knew exactly what I wanted, and had already received a quote from the company we used for carpet in our old house, but we just happened to be near the Floor Center, so we dropped in to get their best price quote for a new stair runner. We were blown away by the customer service AND the price. Kevin takes pride in his business, and it shows. Not only did he allow me to show him what I wanted without being a pushy salesman, he was completely understanding when I came back 3 days later changing my mind, and offered his professional opinion, which we went with, and are in love with the final product. The installer was prompt, courteous, and professional. Fantastic experience all around. Will be doing more business with them in the near future.

I have used Kevin at the Floor Center for years with all of my flooring projects. He has been consistently professional, timely, and continues to offer quality materials at a great price. He works with our budget every time and it is a good feeling knowing that we are getting the best deal. There is nothing worse than paying top dollar for something but thinking you are getting a deal and then finding out that you could have saved hundreds/thousands of dollars if you had just called Kevin. Went to a number of local and corporate businesses for estimates on new hardwood floors and carpets in our house. Kevin was by far the easiest to work with and most up front about costs and timelines. He and his crew expertly handled replacing the carpet on our stairs with hardwood and preserving our original railings. We are very happy with the final product, price, timeline of the project, and work ethic of those who installed the floors. Highly recommend Floor Center!

Fantastic experience! We were shopping for a full kitchen remodel and hardwood floors. Kevin came out, took measurements, and made arrangements for my wife and I to meet him at his shop a couple of days later. He had drawings ready and samples of cabinet finishes, floors, and counters. Everything that he picked out looked great! We kept asking, "Well, what about . . ." and he would hold it up and sure enough, it didn't look as good as his picks. We were working on a budget and Kevin was very up front that our "vision" and our budget would not likely match up. His quote was very reasonable though and was broken down so that we could see where every dollar was going. We felt very comfortable giving Kevin a key to our home. Both he and his employee, Aldo who does great work!, were always friendly and polite. Every day my 2.5 year old son would ask, "Where is Kevin?" and "Where is Aldo?" The whole project took 3 weeks which was exactly the amount of time that Kevin first said. We made a few changes during the project due to unexpected water lines in the wall. Kevin was super patient with me "double checking" everything. . .I was constantly asking, "Are you guys going to. . ." whatever and he was always on top of it. Super happy with everything and we are constantly getting compliments on our kitchen and floors. We will use Kevin and the Floor Center for any future projects and can't recommend him enough.
