Floor Coverings International

I was looking for floors and found these guys. I had 4 quotes from different companies but chose to go with floor coverings international. They were not the lowest priced option, but I went with them because their communication was excellent. They answered all my questions promptly i had a lot, showed up on time and the all the staff was friendly and polite. After the job was done they ensured my wife and I were completely satisfied. We're very happy with our new vinyl plank floors and we would highly recommend floor coverings international. Ask for Amber! She's the best!

I had a difficult project requiring extensive cutting of carpet tiles to fit around obstructions. First, with much diligence they found a near perfect matching carpet to adjoin previously laid stairwell carpet. They found and installed pad-backed carpet tiles earlier this week and I could not be happier with the result. These people know the meaning of customer service and have an outstanding work ethic. Would very highly recommend them for your project! Thank you Javier, Amber and Jessica!

We were very happy with the tile work, which involved quite a bit of ingenuity on the part of staff to fit the retro tiles into the available space. Staff was very friendly and hard working. We will definitely use FCI again in the future.

We found cheaper options but Floor Coverings International had more knowledge and worked with us from start to finish. So glad we chose them. FCI NOKC was fantastic to work with!
