Working with Floor Factors has been extraordinary! I had an ever-changing remodel of a house with fifty years of layered carpeting hiding the mysteries of 1970's construction below... And, I wanted the largest cork and porcelain tiles available from foreign manufacturers. When the tiles which covered 90% of the house were shipped in differing colors plus were discontinued after the first order, FF miraculously tracked down enough to finish the job, along with a team effort in re-envisioning the design details. Each installer was top-notch, and the project manager absolutely exceptional in every way. Professional, kind, creative, and communicative. I wish I had another project to work with them on!

I recently purchased blackout blinds and installation services from Floor Factors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From browsing samples at the showroom to scheduling the measurement appointment, and through to the final installation, every step was handled smoothly and professionally. I hired Floor Factors for the flooring renovation at my rental property, which included carpet removal and the installation of luxury vinyl tile LVT that I purchased from them. I was thoroughly pleased with the entire process—from the material pricing and extensive selection of high-quality materials to the demo and excellent installation work. The project was completed smoothly and exceeded my expectations.

The team at Floor Factors did an amazing job refinishing the oak and bamboo floors in my Arlington Heights home recently. We have two dogs and over the years the wear and tear really took a toll on our floors with all the scratches and urine stains from our fur babies. The floors honestly now look brand new! I don't know how they made it happen.

I would give Floor Factors 10 stars. We purchsed outdoor carpet about 18 months ago. There was a small area on the steps that needed a repair. Oscar visited the property in a very timely manner and repaired the area. Floor Factors should be your first choice for all flooring needs. Superb customer service and putting the customer first. They deleted my review so here it is again, well the short of it because the story is lengthy. A really poor install experience met by attempts to make it right. A job that was going to take a couple of days turned into a month long process and multiple attempts to fix the issues. And sadly, we still have issues, ones that I just fixed myself cause I didn't want to deal with this company ever again.
