We are very happy with Floor Source. From start to finish they were very professional. Tiffany and Omar treated our project with priority and came up with an amazing solution to our unique flooring needs. They even looked where they could save us money. Our lead installer Israel was also very good. They were always on time each day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Now that our project is done we are so happy and know that if we have any issues they will come back and fix it and they have already.I highly recommend this company and this team in particular for your flooring needs.

Janel Smith, the salesperson, was terrific. She had a lot of patience, gave us good advice, and most importantly is sincere and trustworthy. Angel, who directed the tile installation, was also terrific. His men worked very hard, as did the laminate installers. The floors look beautiful!

Tiffany spent the time to educate us on the product and we found exactly what we were looking for. Great communication and follow up through the process. Beautiful results and highly recommended.

We have been using Floor Source now for 10 years for various flooring projects. They have always done an excellent job with excellent customer service for the entire process. This project involved tile and carpet in our entire house and the project took about 4 months from start to finish because of other work being done. Jarod, our contact, worked with us for the entire project and Floor Source was able to accomodate all our scheduling changes. Once again a very good experience for the entire process.

Our salesman Richard Horne at Floor Source Phoenix was great to work with. On two separate occasions, he gave us some good options, and got us a good deal once he figured out what we were looking for. He was easy to work with and was patient as we took time to make decisions, but still checked in on us without pressure. The installers also did a good job - when we pulled the old carpet and discovered some minor problems, Richard brought the installers the materials they needed to fix them, and they were still able to finish a pretty good sized job in one day. We had a wonderful experience with Floor Source. We went to a couple of other places to get some estimates for a tile floor about 900 sq ft. , We decided to go with Floor Source. Dave Andrews came out to our home and took measurements and gave us a rough estimate but we need to see Floor Source,’s tiles to match what we liked. He gave us a few options and was spot on, so he came back with a new estimate and we agreed, The crew came out on time and worked a full day. They were timely, efficient and very friendly. The crew finished the job in 4 days. It looks absolutely amazing. We are very pleased with the work and the excellent professionalism. We would highly recommend Floor Source to do work. Thank you so very much for our new floors.

Worked with Danny L on obtaining an estimate for one of my projects. Very organized, communicated very well and on time. Installers arrived earlier than expected and completed the job flawlessly. Staff on both ends were very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely will be contacting for futures projects.
