Service stops on Fri. Evening. You can call and leave a message but won't see you til Monday. Can call about power being low, will increase for a day then right back down. Do not recommend this co to anyone. Looking for a new server.

Worst company in the world. I'm not even a customer and I've had horrible service from them. Tree feel in my yard and on one of their cables. Took 3 months and a story about it on the news. The news gave me the phone number of the COO who's name is Davis Orshan and he was EXTREMELY RUDE from the get go. Like how dare I call him wanting him to remove his companies downed line from my property wherection my daughters play. The tree isn't the issue. It's the downed line. I'm not a customer but I still would NEVER treat a stranger the way this company treated me. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

The internet is slow, over priced, and goes down VERY often. Just today I've had 3 outages. And good luck with customer service. When they're actually open and taking calls, they will give you some generic excuse to get you to leave. "Trouble with the lines," "we're looking into it," etc. Also, be careful when you let them into your home. They drilled a baseball-sized hole in the side of my house to pass the tiny cable through. On top of that, they DISMANTLED some preexisting equipment in my home and then claimed that we would have to pay extra if we wanted the service that the equipment provided. They dismantled it without telling me and then when asked about it, they played dumb. You'll have more success setting up a telegraph wire than going with Florida Cable.

We have mini basic. It now has 7 channels. My friend has the expanded cable which use to be 38 channels. Now its 17. What is wrong with this company. The new owner was suppose to make it better. Its gotten worse. How many more channels are we going to loose. They don't seem to care about their customers. If they did they would get all our channels back. How many agree!

I'd rate it lower if it was possible......these people need sell this to a reputable company. Would love to change provider's if there were any in our lication
