Warranty was not honored, repairs quoted same price as product, had to call Pioneer and they honored the warranty, which meant it had to be sent to California office which took 2 weeks but they were very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. This was a year ago and Pioneer called me to see how I was doing with there product. Well at least someone remembers how to do customer service.

Horrible service! go to another location. I had issues with these people, they did not fix some of my professional equipment. I brought in my recording system, digital/analog board and sampler. They took a long time to try and fix my equipment "like 4 weeks" and after I get home I find out that they are still not working properly they do have a 90 day warranty but I still have to wait another 2-3 weeks to get my equipment back. I could rush but it'll cost almost as much as the repairs cost. DO NOT COME HERE..

The owner was honest enough to show me that my receiver was working properly .the man could have ripped me off ...BUT HE DIDN'T , I would have this company service my work anytime ..thanks

DON'T COME HERE!!! I waited 3 weeks for these guys to try and fix a simple problem with my receiver. They said it was only a factory reset, so they took 3 weeks to do that. They try to get you to rush the process if you pay an additional $100. When I finally bring me receiver I realize it still not working properly so I call them and they tell me I have to take it back (45 minute drive just to get there) and wait another 3 weeks. I asked them if they would rush the process for free for the inconvenience and they said no. The do not care about the costumer.
