We were here for a while until they didn't accept our insurance. They were great! Timely. Efficient. Kind to my kids. Thorough. They also have a therapy dog who is amazing! It makes the whole experience pleasant.

I use Florida Psychological for therapy, medication management with a psychiatrist, and to meet with a psychologist. Not only have they been on the ball with every single one of my appointments, but in the 6 months I have gone here they have never gotten my appointments mixed up, forgotten my name, or otherwise not been on the ball. I love having my psychologist, psychiatrist, and therapist all working together for my mental health and 100% on my team. Laney has by far been the most incredible therapist I have ever hadand I have had many. Dr. Davis is an incredible therapist who listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed out of her appointments and she goes above and beyond to make sure we’re on the same page. Dr. Lail is a remarkable psychologist and has such a warm and comfortable demeanor. She made me feel safe and heard. I truly felt like she understood me more than I do myself, sometimes. Overall, my time with Florida Psychological has been life-changing. I am so glad I found them and decided to give them a try, because the change I have seen in my life has been nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend you give them a call!

First of all the appt I made was for my mom who is 80 years old. Her appt was at the Callahan location, which is extremely hard to find… a little tiny sign which is faded. I was beyond irritated because I couldn’t find their office, which is shared with other companies.

I’ve spoken to two different counselors, a psychologist and a psychiatrist here. The only person I’ve actually liked and connected with is Anna Blackshear. She is an amazing professional and has really helped me overcome difficulties in my life. I would highly recommend looking at her specifically on their website if you are searching for a psychologist. They also have a gentle therapy dog who greets you at the door.

First, I want to rave about Amanda Miller-Hodges and Debbie DuFresne no longer with FPA for the outstanding work they did with my family. That said, I would encourage anyone looking for counseling services, especially court ordered cases, to look elsewhere. Dr. Drew and Dr. Hume completely lack oversight of their organization. I can provide many specific examples from my personal experience which include lack of case knowledge, privacy violations, and failure to sign off on treatment plans and treatments in a timely manner one of many shortcomings pointing to the sloppy way they run the business. I am also aware that FPA is currently in the middle of an ethics investigation with the State and my experience with both Dr. Drew and Dr. Hume and a counselor Ms. Moreno certainly leaves me questioning the ethics of this organization as well. I highly suggest looking into alternate counseling options.

The most caring and compassionate staff! In a day and age where success is measured monetarily this established business has a heart to serve and heal those in need. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

This place is super unorganized and does not follow up with their patients, beware if you are not attending appointments every week or so they will promptly remove you from the practice!!

Good experience so far. Really like Dr. Drew.

Complete waste of time. The staff does not care at all if you receive mental health services. All this place is about is taking your money.
