What I am about to say will not need the professional bullets for specification because it can not be explained by enumerating using objective evidence. This Company is the best because for less than a month I could tell that it has been a workplace where employees do their best because the culture allows their mentors to be the best . Flow had been generous enough to not fear from its own it may because it was fortunate to do so and past employees voice was heard and valued by the higher up, whatevet the case may be - it shows without any elaboration. I am not trying to give some insight to any now, past or even future employees because you all already know and will know. I envy you because you were blessed. Real strength never need anything or anyone to be recognised, it was the lack of sourness after long hours during work gave it out. I believd if Flow see a future using water to cut through a very hard metal... it has to take more than just few frustated words to destroy its true strength - loyalty of its bottom to up and respect up to bottom which is a product of believing the impossible. No matter whats next to Flow, I wish I had been here a lot earlier so I can give back more than what it really deserve. I wish I could say these "It had been good and if not now because it was darn good that I would be wiling to do the impossible just like its product", I am grateful to stumble here and given the chance to see how the real fortunate employees like. I learned and I was so ignorant the way I share how I feel and do to portray the beauty within it, now I hope if I made Flow look anything less than the best that I intended it is because of my lack of experience with goodness. I never learn how to praise without making myself look bad . I am sorry and I appreciate you as a company!!!! If tomorrow never come I will treasure the time left that I have here...

Have worked with and for Flow for years. The professionalism is why their customers keep coming back, along with leading-edge machine technologies. Flow is the industry leader in waterjet machines for a reason.

Best built and best value waterjet machine on the market. The team was great to work with from start to finish. Highly reccomend.

PTT started test cutting procedures with Flow in 2013. After several parts were cut successfully, PTT purchased a Mach 3 in 2014 as recommended by sales . PTT clearly set standards as to the machine capability, as to the previous parts cut. Upon machine start up it was clear in our opinion, the original parts were cut on a different machine with a different head. Bogged with orders, PTT changed the part design to accommodate machine capability , which caused premature part failure. Flow agreed to update programming and extend warranty in writing. Flow has refused to honor the programming or warranty as per agreement. PTT had no choice but to sell the machine at a loss . PTT's experience with Flow was costly and frustrating . R L Christie
