Lorena ordered the same roses my parents had at their wedding 60 years ago. Beautiful arrangement above and beyond my request and for the price I asked to stay within. My parents were thrilled.

I purchased flowers from this place being that it’s local to me but the quality of the flowers was not what I expected. Most of the leaves had bite marks from bugs. I also found a few black bugs on some of the leaves still there. I tried to contact the business but no response.

This place is awful!! I ordered via FTD online. The photo on the right is what I ordered. The photo on the left is what my mother received on her 81st birthday. If they upload correctly! I decided to call the florist directly to complain so I wouldn't get them in bad with FTD. The woman, though nice, just said can you send a photo of what you expected. I sent these two. So what does this florist do? They call FTD and do some sort of reverse complaint about me! Like I did something wrong! They said they sent the correct arrangement because they followed FTD's "recipe." I tried reaching the florist again, but they won't discuss this with me. So FTD is now involved and said a replacement bouquet would be delivered. Nothing sent. I suspect because this florist refused to resent. The bottom line, if I could rate them ZERO stars, I would. I expected a professionally arranged bouquet for my mother's 81st, instead I get a bouquet that is already wilting on the edges and thrown into a vase. A grocery store bouquet that my 4-year old grandson put in a vase would have been nicer. Stay away from this place. They are a rip-off!!

This is a problem with ordering flowers with an 800 number. Ultimately Flowers by Lorena in Chino, Calif actually gets the order. “Terrible Service” Ordered to be delivered to my wife’s job for her Bday. Never came. Even when they charged me extra for special delivery. Two hours after arranged time to deliver at her work I said to just send them to my home where my wife is now. Amazing they where life savers they came through for me last minute without hesitation to make me a corsage for prom same day. The staff was super friendly and helpful I highly recommend them. Thank you so much

I was in the middle of ordering online when the clock struck 12pm and I was past the window to order for same day delivery. I called and spoke to a woman there who told me that the delivery drivers were already out for the day, but she would make a note to get mine sent out if they came back early. I completed my order online and paid for next day shipping, hoping it would get there at least a day late, and a few hours later I got a text from my recipient who had received a lovely bouquet that was fresh and perfect for the day! I felt the price was fair, and I appreciated that they made the effort to send this out same day even though I was past their window, and during this wild COVID-19 pandemic no less! It's that little extra, going above and beyond, that encouraged me to even write a review. Thanks so much!

Worst flower shop in Chino. For a walk in she overcharged me. FTD was going to charge $69 when the web page was $49. When I complained about it. She said $69 or go else where. Set up a delivery for noon, my bad did not realize the school was closed. When the driver call stating the school was closed and then told don't worry the flowers will be delivered 1st thing in the morning. When I realize the delivery was not going to happen until after 3pm I called and cancelled since the person the flowers were for was not going to be there for two days. She agreed and agreed to a refund. Half hour later she called no refund go pound sand. At the time of posting there is a reason this flower shop has a 2.7 rating.

I ordered flowers as an anniversary gift for my wife and they were never delivered at her job like I asked. Very disappointing service! My wife came home with no flowers, surprise is ruined, I do not recommend this flower shop.

Absolutely beautiful flowers ever received. They did a great job and the smell of star gazing is amazing.

Did not receive my complete order and never received a response from this florist. I had purchased a flower arrangement along with a ballon for my mom on Mother’s Day. I was disappointed to hear that my mom only received the flower arrangement. The ballon was an additional $5.99. I purchased the ballon and was specifically looking forward to her receiving the complete delivery accurately. I live in NYC and being that I could not be there on such a special day I wanted to send something extra special to surprise her. It’s the little things that make a big difference. After finding out that the ballon never made it to her, I emailed them twice and called but no one ever answered. I never heard back from them. I am disappointed by the poor customer service, especially when my intent is to support local businesses in my hometown.
