Flowers by Richard recently did the floral arrangements for my wedding and we couldn't have been happier. We planned our wedding rather last minute and Richard and his team were more than accommodating even with the last minute order. The flowers were delivered to our venue on time and looked beautiful. On top of that, Flowers by Richard was significantly more affordable than any other florist I found in Manhattan. I could not recommend Richard's shop more! Our guests could not stop complimenting the floral arrangements all night. Thanks again Richard!

Spent over a week looking at various flower shops in New York as we were wanting flowers with a wow factor to be delivered to our niece who had her first baby. As we are in Australia it is difficult to know which shop to buy from so decided to go with Flowers by Richard, based on Google reviews. The flowers were delivered on time. What was received was so much better than the pic on the web page. The flowers were amazing, fresh and were handled with care. Thank you Flowers by Richard. You exceeded our expectations.

I needed irises for a friend named Iris! Quite hard to find around the city- Richard's had them available. Renata, who answered my questions patiently on the phone regarding their care and how I wanted them wrapped was very helpful and kind- even in what seemed to be a busy time for them. I was able to pre-pay over the phone. I called before picking up a few days later as planned and although Renata wasn't there they were able to find my order after a little confusion. Richard even included a few more irises for free a $20 value to make up for it at no request of my own. I would most certainly go back as it's clear they care about their clients and want the best experience for all. The photo is my own attempt at arranging as I purchased them loose. They provided the baby's breath free of charge. Bless them!

Flowers by Richard provided the bouquets for 8 bridesmaids and the bride and all the centerpieces for our wedding at the University Club. Richard was great to work with. He helped design the bouquets - creating samples at our preliminary meeting until we found exactly what the bride had envisioned. The flowers were lovely, lush and delivered on time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Flowers by Richard for any large event. Loved working with him!

Ordered flowers for a last minute, same day delivery. Was very friendly on the phone and was able to assist easily with options and price ranges. The arrangement was beautiful and very impressive and even got a phone call once it was dropped off to confirm. Would happily return and use them again. Great for delivery within the Broadway theater community.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter and they were GORGEOUS blooms true to picture with a lovely fragrance. Delivery was a little late - but my daughter was kept informed there were several road closures - couldn't be helped. Was very impressed with their service and how PROMPTLY they replied to enquiries and requests. KUDOS - couldn't be happier with their service!

I live in upstate new York and I wanted to send a poinsettia to my brother in NYC. I called Richard he was warm respectful and kind he even worked with my budget he delivered this beautiful poinsettia to my brother he loved it and I'm extremely happy with richards work. Thanks Richard.

Flowers by Richard is amazing! They set up the florals, a mix of roses, lilies, and hydrangeas, for our micro-wedding in September. They set up beautiful arrangements so quickly, delivered them right on time, and answered all of our questions quickly and respectfully as well.
