I received a hair cut from Ray today! They were a great conversationalist and provided a wonderful hair cut. They made me feel very at ease, and elevated my expectations from local barber shops (though Im sure Ill only be going back to see Ray, now!).
The shop itself is also very unique and modern, providing a great mixture of old school techniques with a fresh upbeat, city-street kind of vibe. Great prices for the services they provide!

I have been going to Floyd's 99 for several months now, and every haircut has been great! The stylists take their time to ask me what I want, and they are very conscious. Tayte has been my stylist for the past several times, and she is wonderful! The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the service.

For a guy, I'm pretty picky about getting my haircut. I hardly go to the same place twice because it's so hard to find someone who does a good job. With that being said, I have been back to Floyd's 99 for Michelle to cut my hair three times now and will continue to go to Floyd's 99 for Michelle. She listened to what I wanted done with my hair and made suggestions which have resulted in a great cut each time. I'm also generally not one for conversation when I'm getting my haircut, but Michelle is always pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend her!

I have gone to this place before and gotten decent haircuts. I went to Floyd’s looking to get again an average haircut, but walked out of there with a high and tight. Ashleigh A. Was the person that provided the service, she asked me how I wanted the haircut; I attempted to show her a picture but she quickly dismissed me without even looking at the hair cut style I wanted to get. During the haircut there was no communication at all, I guess the assumption is Hispanic customers don’t speak English? As a result, I ended up with a haircut Ashleigh decided to give me instead of the one I was hoping to get. I don’t understand the point of asking to the customer what they want when you will dismiss the customers request.
Also how is it possible that Floyd’s 99 is in the haircut service business but doesn’t have a place for reviews on their site? This shows that they care about getting the money from the transaction and not the customer. Granted you will continue to get traffic to your establishment but your lack of customer focus does not go unnoticed.
Overall not worth $24 for a haircut, I could care less about the “cool” vibe you have set up at your establishment I care more about getting what I’m paying for. After all I go for a haircut not to listen to music and look at rock and roll posters.

Always a good vibe my go to barber would be Mary. Never disappointed always making me look great. Also de other girls that work there are really sweet. Shout out to the girls of Floyd’s
