Fly Freak Yoga

I've been going to this gym coming up on 2 years! I started through their zoom classes because of the pandemic which they still offer and now attend in-person, I've taken sling, silks, dance, acro, and lyra!! They feed my passion, push me to the next level, and let me be a kid again! My strength and flexibility have improved far beyond what I thought possible and I know with their guidance I can go even further, and I intend to! The atmosphere is friendly, and warm. Being inclusive to all is highly valued here and it shows. The coaches have all been really patient with me. They have broken down moves that I had a hard time grasping sometimes the same move many times over. I feel like they have taken the time to know my abilities. They never pressure me beyond what is possible or not challenge me enough. I also feel like I am safe in their classes. Fly Freak offers more than just classes, but opportunities to perform, and photoshoots throughout the year! During the last performance session our group had so much fun learning our routines, many nights were filled with laughter and companionship! Don't be afraid to try it out! I must warn you this place is highly addictive!

I can't say enough about my experience here. You can work out at a lot of different places, but the positive support and sense of community here is unmatched! So thankful for how much being part of Fly Freak has benefitted my physical AND mental health. Whether you're a beginner, returning after a break or a seasoned Freak you're sure to recieve a warm welcome.

Such an incredible studio! I have been so cared for by each instructor I have taken class from! I am truly getting stronger physically AND mentally/emotionally. I have been encouraged to challenge myself while also being so intelligently directed through all my movements. I take chances I would have never done before because I feel so seen and safe here! This is my new home, the community that is created here in the studio is top notch! Thank you so much FlyFreak!!!!!!!!!!!

I joined this studio after I moved from Florida and was looking for a new hobby to try. I was accepted right away by the coaches and fly freak community! Everyone is so encouraging and the classes whether it’s barre or aerial are so much fun!!

I love this studio and I'm so happy that Hayley is the main instructor, she's so fun and accessible for all body types and personalities. Aerial yoga has been so great for my health and well-being, it's a safe space to be ME and get more fit! Eternally grateful for all she's put into building this safe and accepting environment
