Helpful and friendly staff going the extra mile to provide the best costumer service possible. Some items were out of stock but it's understandable. We placed our order and in less than a week it was ready for pick up. Keep up the excellent work.

When will I get my order? My daughter has been in school for 2 weeks going on 3 and I haven’t received not one thing I’ve purchased. I customer service is not answering been on the phone for a week straight trying to get the opportunity to track my order. When will I get my order

Very disappointed with the service they offer. I placed my order online for my kids and it is going on 2 months and I still have not received my order. Every time I call they keep bumping the date up for shipment. I called 3 times and each phone call they have given me different answers.
