FlynnO'Hara Uniforms

I was there recently and the customer service was excellent. They asked me questions and gave me options . Very courteous and professional. This will be my go to store for future purchases.

The young lady that helped us was very polite and had valuable input on which pieces were acceptable to my daughter's grade and which weren't. I think that it was just a tad pricey for the quality of the clothes. This is why they lose a star and Don't make the 5.

Small than the Westchester location. The lines are also less crazy, if at all. The staff is friendly and the manager or owner? is usually within site, so if there were ever an issue that needs escalation you can speak with someone that can do a bit more in terms of lost packaging or something. Overall it's a decent location that is efficient.

They didn't really have anything in stock it was more workers than there were clothes to sell looks like I'll be online shopping instead of going to the store next time

I think the company needs to make a list on the website for each location indicating what schools they do and do not serve. Wasted my time coming here and they didn’t have my daughters school uniform but offers it at the much farther location. Ended up ordering online and who knows how long that’ll take .

We just bought our uniforms at the Emerson location and it was such a pleasant experience. I was dreading going uniform shopping especially since this would be the first time I had to use Flynn O’Hara… Well I was in for a pleasant surprise… the store is so well organized… everything is labeled… the staff… all young high school students were beyond helpful… and truly went out of their way to help us and provide any and all information we needed… they answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I don’t think I ever had a more pleasant and efficient uniform shopping experience, this is the store to go to if your want your shopping experience to be smooth and efficient. Great job Flynn O’Hara of Emerson! Keep up the excellent job

Went to pick up my daughters uniform, was in and out quickly.

Didn’t have my items in stock and I came in July! The shirts they had for my daughter to try on were filthy.

Very easy n pleasant going staff.... No long lines.... Clean changing rooms....

The sales representative or associate had great customer service. They really helped me. The only thing I didn't like is that the uniform that I need for my son were few. I guess that the store was not stocked.
