We are the Atlanta outpost for the hottest stadium cycling studio in NYC!
Co-founded by renowned instructor Ruth Zukerman, Flywheel Sports delivers high-intensity cardio workouts in a fun, competitive, and energetic atmosphere. Our instructors teach the most challenging indoor cycling rides set to incredible music and delivered in breathtaking facilities.

Don't like to be in the spotlight? Don't worry, our classes "black out" and the only spotlight is on your top class instructor who will guide you through the best 45 minutes of your day!

Not into competition but want to track your progress? Your online profile will keep track of your energy output and total power used over time.

Arms & Abs with Elaine is my new favorite upper body sculpting class. FlyBarre section of the studio It is VERY hard... I thought I could handle 5 pound weights at first, but dropped to 3 and then 2. The studio is spotless and gorgeous, but dont let that fool you... This is a serious place to workout. Only wish is for more space between mats, for when class is full.
Great workout and since this is the newer location all the equipment is newer and really nice. Getting there can be tricky if you don't know the area but you get a parking voucher when you leave. The instructors are great and really push you each class. Love that's it's 45 minutes and I feel like I have really gotten in a solid work out.
Flywheel Buckhead - located at Shops of Buckhead off of Boiling Way. Easiest way to enter if through street entrance across from Christian Louboutin. If you are driving, you will have to enter parking garage behind Capital Grille and go down 2 levels there are signs everywhere. Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Manager seems to be always there to assist. They have plenty of instructors each with their own style of music and class. I always hit amazing scores or get PRs in Joyce's and Mae's classes. Fred's class are also great since he has a great following and seem to fill up pretty quickly. overall love this studio!
This place. Whew! I took my first Flywheel class today with Olando. Did it totally kick my butt? Yes. Does everything hurt? Yes. Did I love it? YES! It might have been my first class, but certainly won't be my last! Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and encouraging. This is not your typical gym, it is completely different from anything you've experienced. Plus, the first class is free! You can't beat that! Thanks for an awesome butt kicking today, Olando! It was a blast! Extra points for being half a mile from my office!
Let me just say, I LOVE Flywheel...but the Buckhead location is just TERRIBLE! I work in Buckhead so I occasionally I hit their evening classes and every single time I've taken a class there the staff NOT instructors, they are great! seem unorganized and distracted. I've gotten sweaty, soaking wet shoes EVERY time my coworker too these shoes smell like sweaty feet, so I know they're not wet with cleaner or anything. Wet shoes are a no-no, clean or not, no one wants to put their foot in a cold wet shoe!! Also the bikes are always sticky like they haven't been wiped down in-between classes. The staff isn't that easy to find when we're trying to set up the bikes, I've had to go find someone for help each visit...they're nice & helpful once you get their attention but I shouldn't have to seek them out. I love the workout I get in class but in comparison, the Alpharetta location is so much better, it always feels clean, the staff is so happy and helpful and I've never been given a wet smelly shoe before.
This was my first spin class and overall I was very disappointed. The staff was not helpful. The machines are a little tricky to figure out your first time the shoes have to be connected a certain way to the pedals and no one was there to help. Also, I am not sure if it is common for spin classes but it was taught in the dark?? No thank you. Then, the instructor's mic had a weird echo, so I couldn't hear her instructions at all over the lil Wayne remixes. I'm hoping not all spin classes are like this but this was a really bad first impression.
Love this studio. Awesome cycling instructors, huge facility, cleanest bathrooms and showers, secure lockers, and validated parking. You will leave drenched in accomplishment. Never coast away from this place!
Alright . I think I've found love. I am a cross fitter but due to a back injury I haven't been able to lift. I decided that I had to find another form of an high intensity workout and a friend suggested spinning. At first I was completely turned off by the idea however after the reviews on Yelp I decided to try it out. Best choice ever, especially at fly wheel. I'm beyond pleased with the facility and the instructor Fred. His style and music choice is A1 his classes are always FULL get the seat when you can! The atmosphere at fly wheel is unlike any "organized" fitness location I've been to. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, I've been here twice, the first time I felt like I was DYING, came back for a second still felt like I was dying but at the end I felt hella empowered that I progressed from my first day there. I Will def keep coming back..
Best in Atlanta! Great customer service, Amazing teachers! Clean facilities! When you walk in, the employees are always smiling. One employee stands out above them all, JP. He's always helpful, and kind. He goes out of his way to make sure members receive the best service. Breath of fresh air.
Tried this place out and had a good, fun, workout. Left my headphones behind tho and called right after I realized. I remembered exactly where I left them and tried describing it to the lady on the phone to check, but it sounded like she was in a rush and halfly listened so just told me she peeked and didn't see them even tho the distance from the phone to the room I left them in was too far for her to have actually spotted anything within a second of her pausing to "check."
