“Lee” was excellent. He arrived earlier than scheduled which was great for us. He explained all possible causes that may need repair but most of all he fixed it and performed some minor tune ups. He advised that our current opener may need replacement, but hopefully these fixes will give us a little more time. We had a service done last week by someone else, but the problem returned and that person said he was puzzled. Lee was a true professional! Thanks so much.

Had an issue with my garage door after Tropical Storm Zeta and the soonest all the other repair companies could get out was three days. Called FOCUS and they were at my home within the hour. My technician was knowledgeable, kind and wore a mask. The cost was fair + the time to fix the issue was swift. Highly recommend using this company.

Great tech, Lee Duffy. Came out and worked a repair to avoid having to spend money and time ordering parts. Also tuned up the garage door and did some light maintenance on top of the repair to ensure everything was working properly. Appreciate the quick help

James was an amazing he did a rebuild and a set of springs on my door for a very reasonable price he waived the fee on a door tune up and took time to explain and show me how to maintain my door... Hands down number1 in my opinion thankyou im a lifetime customer

James replaced both of our contractor grade garage doors with much better doors than you can get at the big box stores or national companies for a far better and fair price. Work was efficient and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anybody who asked...

Had an issue with my garage door opener while we was out of town. Did a quick Google search came up with focus garage services. Ken call me on Christmas day to see how he could help. I called him the night I got back in town and the next day Joe was at my house, installed the new Wi-Fi opener, explain everything to us well, suggested a few repairs that will be needed in the near future, gave us quotes for repairs and or replacement of the door. We did not feel pressured at all to repair or purchase anything. Thank you Ken for your quick response to phone call and text messages. Thank you Joe for your professionalism, your knowledge of the garage door opener and your willingness to explain it to us and answering the million questions we had about everything..

They did a great job fixing our big garage door and replacing two motors. We had a lot of questions after and they sent someone back the next day to go over everything and tweak a few things. Highly recommend!
