We are a Christmas tree stand with the goal of supporting the community and education. We started and now participate with over two dozen public schools.

Story

In 2009 Tom Foley started selling Christmas trees out of his garages on the corner of 8th Street and 8th Avenue. His goal: to give back to the community and neighborhood he was born and raised in. Foley Firs started a fundraiser with a couple willing schools in 2010 and now participates in this fundraiser with over a dozen local public schools.

We give $10 from any tree when the school name is mentioned at the time of purchase. This fundraiser is not limited to families of students, so anyone can participate.

We also donate an extra 50% of the total amount raised when the number of trees purchased for individual schools exceeds 10% of their student body. If a goal of 20% of the student body is reached, we double the original amount raised for those schools.
