Very good place for your essentials. Might be a bit high end but if you keep looking out, you can get some great deals. The quality of their material is extraordinary

I hadn't been in this store in a long time but went in to check it out while I was visiting Madison the other day. They have a great mix of product and a cool vibe. I felt the need to write a review because their customer service was excellent. The three staff members each made verbal contact with me by either asking if I needed help, saying hello, or giving my dog a treat and making small talk. I work in the retail industry, and I was impressed, so I just wanted to give props to this store and the crew that was on duty Sunday 12/10.

Staff was more than excellent! Store has a surprisingly​ great selection for the size. I went in to get a new backpack and they had plenty of options and the staff was super knowledgeable. Fair prices and they offer rope cutting, and shoe repair. I love the downtown location and recommend going to this over the Towne Mall location, even with the small size.
