I received an absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers for my birthday.   The flowers were super healthy and beautifully arranged.  I’m writing this review 10 days later and the majority of the bouquet is still going strong.   If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I recently ordered a gift for my boss and coworkers. It was such an absolute embarrassment. The order arrived late, was delivered to the wrong address, was not received by anyone, was left in a neighbor’s doorway overnight, and it looked like a child had put it together!!!!! I spent a lot of money and this is unacceptable!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I received a beautiful bouquet for my anniversary.  The arrangement is gorgeous, the vase it comes in is gorgeous.  The flowers are still alive after a few days and I couldn’t be happier.  The packaging they were delivered in was also beautiful.  Great florist! Thank you so much.

Poor Delivery and Horrible Customer Service.  Flowers were delivered on Monday, August 8th and left at the bottom of my external stairs I live in a Condo in over 90 degree weather and the delivery person didn't call me to tell me they were delivered.  I found out I had a gift delivered when the sender mentioned, "Sorry your Bday gift was late."  I went outside and looked down the steps and there were the flowers TWO DAYS later dried and wilted.  I called the Axlrod and told the employee what happened and instead of saying, "I'm sorry to hear this"  She challenged me by asking, "well don't you go outside?"  "didn't the driver call you?"  Then she offered to swap out the flowers but I asked to have the sender reimbursed as I was sure the arrangement was expensive and said, "oh they were only $49".  I explained it would be less expensive as they can keep the inventory and not waste time & gas delivering flowers out the suburbs.  She said she would talk to her manager and call me back.  I never received a call.

I have ordered flowers and had flowers delivered to me for many different occasions! NEVER did I receive a more beautiful bouquet of flowers than the ones my friend had delivered for me today after my surgery! I don’t normally write reviews but the flowers are so fresh, bright, not a single petal was wilted, smells amazing, and SO FULL! I love this bouquet and I almost wish it was fake so that I could display if every fall! Thank you!

It was difficult to find since it's set off from the Street and there's no visible Signage! They put together a birthday bouquet of roses for my daughter's birthday. Although my daughter was pleased to receive a surprise bouquet of roses, the actual Rose Elegance was significantly different from what was advertised. Learned another lesson in "Caveat Emptor" or "let the buyer beware." See attached photos.

Flowers delivered for mil birthday were beautiful.  Called to order same arrangement for aunt. Women on the phone was polite & courteous. 10/29/22

I am blown away by this florist, truly. My friends ordered flowers for my mother’s funeral and had them delivered the wrong date. Axelrod worked with me to have a fresh batch delivered to the service, even though it was snowing and storming on the date of the service, and even though they are not the ones that made the initial mistake. The flowers were beautiful and the staff was so kind and helpful and understanding, it’s simply unbelievable. Thank you, Denise.

Ordered flowers through Telefora for Valentine's Day. Our order's "delivery confirmation" said "hand delivered" at 6:39PM. In actuality the flowers weren't delivered at all. I realize that's a busy day, but if you can't handle the volume do not take the order. Additionally why is a flower shop in North Philadelphia taking Teleflora orders for the Western Suburbs?
