Food Lion

Good place for all your grocery needs. Good parking too. Fast cashier. Clean and well lit. Very friendly staff too. And seriously, the prices are phenomenal. Just wanted to also say that the parking is great and the location is perfect for us locals. And I'm never worried about stock running out which is great for my weekly visits to stock up.

They had everything in stock that I needed for Thanksgiving, so huge props there! And, the cashiers are usually pleasant. What they don't have is a bakery, or a very big deli...which I like in a grocery store. That's the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

Nice store all the Foodlions are always out of diet Dr. Perky and the Food lion by our house doesn't care Spanish peanuts. Everything else is fine. They ask you at the cash register " did you find everything you were looking for". I TELL THEM NO and the reason why, they don't say anything, and I never get what I wanted. Go figure.

How are eggs cheaper at 7-11? Honestly unless your getting fruits, veggies, and fresh meats/seafood just go to Dollar General and 7-11 for eggs. About $5 for eggs! $3-1/2 at 7-11. It's cheaper to get Mexican take out than cook your own food these days

We have gotten rotten chicken from this store twice in the past 2 weeks and when we brought it back the second time they didn't want to believe us. I would not be driving back to the store in the rain just to scam the food lion for chicken. Do better.

It would be 5 stars if you don't have to go to the Deli...if that's your only reason for stopping there...ZERO stars. I am not quite sure what is going on at this particular location at the Deli but the employees in the Deli act like you are bothering them. They will stand back there and try to ignore you as long as possible. Then sometimes shout across the room when they are further back asking what you want. Never a smile!! For this reason, I often go to a different Food Lion further away where the employees in the deli are smiling and happy to help! Deli employees seriously in need of CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

I didn't realize how bad this store, my Food Lion, was, not u til I went I to a couple other ones. The worst part is the produce. It is nasty, and a lot of it rotten. The tomatoes, especially the Roma tomatoes will be put out and they are actually bad. This is all the time. Also their grapes are nasty. The refrigerator they place them on is not cold e ough and you have 20 bags of soft grapes. The rest of the store is just like everywhere. But who wants to go into a store with a gross produce department. This was a very nice store a few years ago. I guess management changes.

Deli department never has hot food ready after lunchtime and dinner. No fried chicken or rotisserie chickens at 3:00 PM.

This is the cleanest and most friendly Food Lion I've ever shopped in. I just moved to the area and decided to check out this store because it was close. I'm so glad I didn't. I'll be shopping here more often. Thank you for your friendly customer service.

Saw the store manager interacting with a couple people in the store, he seems like a very competent individual.
