Not terribly happy with the service I received. No how may I help you, no hello. Just walked in and looked around. Felt strange not being approached by a sales associate. Customer service should be the heart of any business. They are missing the mark on this aspect. Good selection of shoes but I did not purchase anything.

Excellent prompt customer service. Friendly cashiers. Went in for tennis shoes. Came out with tennis shoes. Would definitely recommend.

Found the shoes I wanted. Three employees were there yet not one came to assist me. I waited for 12 minutes and left. Felt like I was invisible and they obviously didn't need or want my business. Terrible customer service!
