After a horrible experience at their NE Fremont store, I went to their Vancouver location today because I desperately needed to be fitted for new sneakers for my half marathon coming up. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the gentleman working, even though he was helping someone else. When he was finished ringing up the previous customer, he asked what I needed and promptly helped me find the perfect socks and the perfect sneakers. he measured my feet, watched how I walked and had me try on many different shoes to find the brand and size that worked best for me. Thank you so so much. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to go for a long walk.
Our sales person didn't pretend she was an expert in all things. She was knowledgeable but not pushy. Good return/warranty policy if your shoes don't work out & they offer a 5% rebate loyalty program. 5 stars if they had more inventory in colors & sizes or offered more affordable apparel options. Plus they have this cool sculpture...
One of the best running shops I've ever been to. Good selection, fun and well-designed merch too. [Staff Not sure if they want their name on here.. ] was super down-to-earth, friendly, and very helpful -- they have some highly accomplished runners on tap! Another big PLUS+: Business model isn't built around pushing orthotics
Great Service / love the shoes so many diff kinds & all super comfy. The lady was super great to use even tho we made it clear we weren't there to buy that day. I will be going back for the TOPO Magnifly 4's total dinneyland shoe yo
As a new walker as an exercise I was directed to go to foot traffic for professional shoe fitting. In my experience or my first experience this was really wonderful. The staff member helped me through by video taping my gate then suggested shoes that would feel like I wasn't wearing anything when I was walking around in them. I chose a shoe the price was good and I also purchased some socks. As far as my first experience buying shoes for walking I really enjoyed it.
So Dan was our clerk/ shoe salesman. Great guy very knowledgeable. I usually have to try on like 6,7,8 different pairs of shoes, he knew by the way I walked which shoes was best for me and narrowed down type of shoe for my size. I love my amazing running shoes. Fast and efficient! Great personality
I really love this place. The staff is usually friendly and helps me find what I need. I only had one non perfect experience, but everyone has a bad day. Ive been here several times and I never feel judged. I also love that the races are offered in person and virtual. Ive never been a big race person, but all the things you get are so fun and virtual is great for people like me! Thank you foot traffic!
I had a horrible experience with one of the sales reps on 5/18/19. I took my mom in to buy her new walking shoes, we had specific recommendations from a highly reputable podiatrist. The woman helping us was clearly annoyed because my mom wanted to try on several different shoes in different sizes and we declined the “fitting” she offered us. She was condescending and rude, and even had the nerve to mumble something to her coworker upon checkout. The experience was unprofessional to say the least. Honestly, had we not spent so much time in there, and if my moms feet weren’t in such bad shape, I would have walked out and not given the store any of my money.
03/23/19: 4.5 out of 5 - Foot Traffic Vancouver, much like its Oregon sister stores, is a great store dedicated to the running discipline. The location is great with plenty of parking. The store is squared away with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely, have answers to many of your questions. Foot Traffic Vancouver has something for everyone who is just getting into running to the recreational runners to the elites.
I will always get my kicks here. They take their time to ensure a good fit. Katie is amazing and has helped get the family fitted.
