I just want to say that in all my life going to a dentist, I have never felt so comfortable being in that seat next to all the tools some dread. Dr.Desai and her assistant understand what customer care and customer service really is. I went in for a crown implant, and part of that procedure involved grinding away at the old filament to refill it again for new implant. I have experienced in other dentistries painful local anesthetic injections where the first and even second injection did not work and a third injection of local anesthetic was needed. This was excruciating pain as I would feel the local anesthetic kick in. However, with Dr. Desai I felt no pain whatsoever; she took great care of my tooth and provided great and useful information on what was actually happening with the pareciste being done. If I can give Dr. Desai and her clinic a 10 star I would! Great doctor who really knows what customer care and service really are. Hard to find nowadays with people always being in a rush. I highly recommend anyone who wants great customer care, straightforward answers, and just an all around great experience at a dentist to visit Dr. Desai’s office! Thank you Dr. Desai! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Dr. Desai office is the best for customer service. Her and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended many people there over the years and they all still go to her. All dentists should follow her lead in customer service.

Luv it. Dr. Desai & staff so wonderful, very patient & explains things in detail so there is no doubt when you have anything you need to get it done. I just moved from Bay Area & one of my friend recommend Dr. Desai, though I was reluctant @ first as I really did not want to go to a dentist who may or may not understand certain things, but i can honestly say that it has been an awesome experience & i would recommend her to everyone and anyone. I moved again for my work but i still drive 200 miles to go to the same dentist. Cheers to you all.

My dental health was neglected for years as I moved around a lot for work. Finally settled down in Rancho and decided to show my teeth some love. I've had a couple of fillings and cleanings over the last few months and it's been the best experience with a dentist I've had.

My Wife referred me here, to be honest as an adult I'm terrified of the Dentist.but they're amazing here. Very attentive clean and comforting.

Bad experience. The doctor is very arrogant. The way she speaks as if she knows everything and others are just dumb. Trying to insult customers. DO NOT recommend.
