Came here for my DOT physical. The doctor is ok, staff is good. It took a little longer than i'm used to, but no complaints. Reasonably priced. Appointment only.

Many amazing aspects of my chiropractic experience with Forbes... Friendly, professional accommodating staff. Clean office. I feel so much better after 10 visits. Dr Forbes has a gentle hand during my adjustments. And more importantly, a good bedside manner to help me feel comfortable. Thank you Forbes Chiropractic for everything.

The staff was very friendly and professional . The office was very clean and comfortable, the doctor was very Respectful and kind , the exam was thorough And efficient ,overall it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it and will be doing my next DOT physical there.

I love this office. The staff is amazing kind and professional. You need to call ahead and make a appointment for Dot physical. It is 52 dollars. . They are located 1420 s Jones Blvd.

I love this office! My first visit and will not be my last. Dr. Forbes and his Assistant Begonia are two of the best in this town for all your DOT/CDL needs. Don't waste your time going to some other quack pot who only cares about your payment. They take their time and you are a patient not a number to them!
