Ford City Mall

I had to edit my review this mall is actually getting nicer and nicer they been remodeling it a lot and adding a bunch of new stores. I was actually surprised at how much traffic was in the mall when I last visited there. And they seem to have better deals and sales than the other malls. They have security always walking around making sure the mall is safe. They also added a bouncy house for the kids right by the food court ! This mall still has work to do BUT it is making progress! 👍

Haven't been to my local mall in years. On a weekday mom and I felt safe dress shopping at JcPenney & Carsons & enjoyed the new updated interior with new carpet/wood floor combo & couch areas like upscale malls. Clean working fountain. It was a nice experience. Across the street is Dollar Tree and a $1+ Accessories store that is fun to browse.

This is about the theatre operations: The management lacks the leadership to effectively manage staff to ensure the cleanliness of the bathrooms, food prep areas, lobby and theatres. No excuses for what I saw. People pay for better.

I've actually haven't been here in over a decade because of all the stupid things that would go on And it used to be run down very dirty rude @$$ people working everyone had a sour @$$ face. but I went there just few days ago and the place is looking a lot cleaner and up-to-date so I might consider stopping hear again 😛

Very nice renovation. H&M is coming soon to the spot where Zemenskys was. The moved further into the mall in the West corner.
