Ford View Apartments

I have lived at 1825 Ford Parkway for over five years and had a positive experience. The only issue I had was with the caretaker who I wasn’t sure what his job was because he vacuumed once per month if that and the snow was not shoveled so again had no idea what his duties were. Aside from that My overall experience with the office and maintenance was great. Whenever something needed repair and I requested maintenance there was a timely response. The maintenance people are really great. They’re friendly and respectful which as a woman living alone was important. The neighborhood was clean and quiet as were the neighbors. The neighbors are cordial and quiet. The washer dryer are located in the garden level and even though there is only one of each rare is the time they are busy. The mailman and UPS delivery people are great as well. I’m going to finish by saying that I can be a high maintenance person and I was at times....snow cleaning otherwise I did not have issues. Marisa
