I placed an order a month ago. Website says it ships in one to two weeks. It still has not shipped and I just found out the they are pushing it back again. Waste of time. I had to cancel my order and purchase from a different business that can fulfill orders on time.

WARNING... when there is a problem ...they do NOTHING
pole saw spring keeps stretching out and all they could say is well I guess it don't cut palm fronds...   well it cuts wood and that is harder...
