I was waiting for the cashier to let me know if she was ready she never said hi or looked at my eyes. When we were heading out the alarm turned on I checked real quick and stopped to see if someone from the store can help me to check my purchases and no one came up to me I got home and turns out I had the tracker still on the lady never took it of. Came back to get it removed and told her of my situation it turns out I received the same attitude and to top it all off it was the manager. I hope the girls can be more friendly all I ask is a smile.
I got to the Coronado mall about 7:30. I was interested in a shirt they have in stock. At 7:37pm I walked up to Forever 21 only to find it closed. Walked back to Express and then to Buckle and spent almost $700 between 7:40 and 8:00. Closing up early because you are lazy almost always costs you. I won't even bother to look at clothing at Forever 21 in the future.
Today I went in with my family, and while walking out, I'm hearing an associate go nuts on someone. I turn around and I see it's the security. Like what? The lady was going nuts calling the guy a creep. She said for giving teenagers a number. What??? I have no clue what happened, but a associate going off on a guard? Unacceptable. He apologize, to be honest if it was me would of told her to shut up and grow up. I have been in a few times with my family, and it's always been unprofessional. I only do it due to my wife. I did talk to the guard, and he seemed respectful. Talked about what happened. He said they were complaining about work? He said he gave them a workforce number? Shoot I asked myself and it was a workforce number, it was to a Marcus. I do hope the associate gets fired. You don't call someone a creep because your child feelings get in the way. I wasn't the only customer that saw it either so I do hope anyone that saw it reports it. That was extremely unprofessional and just uncalled for.
employees keep limited products for themselves, not fair! my girlfriend wanted an item she saw on a manikin, when we asked an employee she said they have them in the back but then came back telling us they didint have anymore then we asked if we could have the one on the manakin & the employee freaked out and said no in a weird way. then when checking out that same employee was talking to a co worker about how she’s keeping a the item to herself in the back right in front of my girlfriend she was very upset, the employee was blonde/white working today 5/4 at 6pm. deserves to be fired.
I’ve worked at a forever 21 for almost 5 years. I’ve always given sales to individuals last minute. Never have i I had a situation like this until this evening, 7:45 and I was turned away. Its unfortunate. Ok well. I guess times change. By the way, they’re still letting people into the store.
Every time I come here I always have a bad experience with the young girls at the register : it's like my existence bothers them. So rude and disrespectful.
Very bad customer service … Bethany the MANAGER supposedly and her other co-worker she is blonde very rude please hire professional people not people who don’t want to work never spending my money there
I like the clothes here, but every time I go to the register no one wants to help me. They all leave when they see I’m next, or they fight to see who will help me, and the one who ends up helping me wishes they weren’t.
Workers are incompetent, especially the ones working the register, maybe if they put all the attitude aside they might actually give good service but of course they have monkeys running the show
