Forever 21

Beautiful store with a great selection and pleasant layout. The discounts were better than online and the merchandise was well organized. Jorge was one of the most personable, helpful and knowledgeable staff I have encountered. Great work!

Made an online purchase and the skirts that I bought my daughter were too small, sent my sister to exchange them to this location and the manager as well as one of the employees behind the register were rude AF, they wouldn’t do an exchange for me, they said the card that was used for the purchase had to be given when I wasn’t even returning them. Went to Milford location and had a way better experience the girl in the Milford mall store was great, even the manager helped and was pleasant. They helped me and explained that what was said in Trumbull was inaccurate. I will never use this location again! I work in customer service and I would never treat people the way my sister and mother were treated.

Terrible experience with a "Manager". During these times when we are unable to try on clothes in store , and have to return items that don't fit, they made my simple $20 return extremely difficult. I had my debit card stolen and received a new one. My receipt clearly shows my debit card and pin was used. I needed the refund applied to my new card, which is linked to the same account, but they refused to do so. They wanted to issue a store credit which I did not need, I asked for a manager and the cashier basically said she was the manager and proceeded to mumble something in spanish to her co worker. She was clearly annoyed with me, but I was surprised by the lack of professionalism she displayed. It's much better to just shop on line as they make returns much easier, but this experience has left me not wanting to spend my money with them.

Great clothes for those under 21

Forever 21 is my favorite clothing store worldwide. They have great deals and discounts. They have my size of clothing, shoes, jewelry etc. I currently work at Forever 21 and I been there almost 4 years. Thanks Forever 21 and keep up the good work!!!!!!

I placed an online order to be delivered to the store thinking it would be hassle free and easy to pick up. I called prior to coming in to make sure it would be okay if my boyfriend picked up the package for me without me being there. They assured me over the phone it was no issue and gave me the okay to head down there. Being that we live over 30 min away, I wanted to confirm. Once he showed up this was not the case. Which obviously was very frustrating being that I called in advance. In the end, they wouldn’t give him the package and it was an hour of travel time wasted. Customer service sucks and lack of proper management is obvious. Think twice.

Beautiful store with a great set up. Always a good selection of clothes, lots of space, and friendly staff. I live closer to the Milford store but come here instead because it’s just all around better!

Forever 21 has a totally horrible customer service. I visited your store in the mall at Westfield shopping mall Trumbull Ct. A pair of boots caught my eyes on the window Mannequin. I asked for assistance from one of your sales representative. They refused to sale me the boots on display which were the last pair in the store. The boots were on the mannequin. The Manager also was not accomadating.

Visited today on weekend line was extremely long and only one counter was open while there were employees idol chatting poor service and when u finally get to cashier with ur 2 kids they have odasity to ask u to get their card. Focus on better customer experience before going there forever 21!

I understand is Christmas Eve but the line here is ridiculous. I saw at list 3 associates taking pictures in the corner of the dressing room while we where waiting to be assisted, but we went in anyways. And the register associates they where only 2 ! While the others where just talking in the side and laughing I mean if you don't want to work the. Just call out or don't work at all ....
