Music is WAY to loud!!!! I personally liked the styles they had before they closed for awhile then the styles they have now. Went into the fitting room and had to walk out before trying in all my cloths because the music was even louder in tge fitting room. When the cashier has to repeat herself multiple times because no one in line can hear her saying “Next customer please” then the music is way to loud.

Service was very nice there's not enough room in the aisle for disabled people very dangerous they got things so packed and crowded in there but the clothes are very nice and it's very clean

Exchange policy sucks. Received a gift went to exchange all tags intact. Wouldn't do it. Don't shop there but now it's a never will.

forever 21 is a great shopping store to go to . they have good reasonably priced cloths etc .

Workers are super nice and they're clothes are bomb

Good place to sit and wait for your girl to come out

Need a larger selection for women who wear size 12
