The associates obviously do their best for how busy the store can be. The temporary location is tidy and clean and everyone is very pleasant. You have to understand it must be frustrating when customers leave product on the floors, leave trash on the ground, and then complain that it’s not clean. You want it clean? Put things back where they belong when you’re done carrying it around. They work in retail but they aren’t your servants. Overall a very sweet crew. The store isn’t going out of business, it’s getting remodeled. The prices are amazing for the clothes and obviously clothes aren’t going to last you 30+ years. You want something that will last you forever? Go buy designer items. These are great prices

More like 0 stars. I ordered stuff online and went over $50 to get free shipping. They added 25.95 to my order when I didn't ask for the next day saver shipping. Be careful when you order stuff online. Yes they have cute clothes and it is so much better going to the store and trying all the clothes you want on. Also know their RETURN POLICY before buying their clothes.

I worked there for a couple of months and let me just tell you, don't do it. For the most part the people were nice but a lot of the times some of the staff like to bully new people. They're rude and disrespectful. I liked a good lot of them but I couldn't stand being treated like I was invisible. Also the quality of the clothes is awful.

This is for the online store, not specific to the Maine store. I tried to order a dress for 24.90, I was fine with the price and would have been alright for paying extra for shipping, but when I went to sign out the site popped up with a button saying 10.80 for express shipping, I did not wan that kind of shipping, nor did I click on anything before hand saying I did. They gave me no choice but to press it and be billed for 35.80. Checking out in general was also a nightmare.

Conviently located in the mall, with access to the store from the parking lot. Great selection of very reasonably priced clothing in styles great for my teenaged daughter. selection is very limited for younger girls. Plus sizes available however, selection is limited in this area as well.

They had no options for a masculine male such as myself.

This review is for Forever21 in general not specific to the Maine Mall store. I tried to order some things my daughter wanted for Christmas online on cyber Monday. It was a nightmare. You were able to shop, put things in your cart then after you entered your CC # and hit submit a cat pounced up on the screen saying "OOPS, an error has occured, please be patient while we fix this problem" I had no idea if the sale went through. The cat was still there an hour later! I called them and waited on hold for an hour and was told no my order did not go through. I tried several times throughout the day to reoder- same issue. I was also told that they would not be extending the Cyber Mon sale even though they admitted website issues. Finally at 11:30 pm I was able to make the transaction. Then I notice that in all the confusion I had ordered 2 of the same shirt. sometimes when you added stuff to the cart the site went down and you needed to exit and start over Annoying but I thought, no problem I will return it. WRONG. Even though this was an error made because of their problem website they will not accept the return. The online customer service kid was rude and unhelpful. After pushing for the manager I was told there the only thing they could do was take the entire order back, if all the tags were still on everything and that I had to pay for the return and a handeling fee!!!! This is just unacceptable. I saw the final sale notation on the earrings I purchased but SAW NO MENTION OF THE CLOTHING BEING FINAL SALE when I placed my order. Buyer beware, I will never do business with this company again. There are multiple complaints on many sites about the rude customers service people and their unacceptable return policy. Stay away.

This location is going out of business. It was fun to browse their store during the blowout 70% clearance. Nothing worth buying even at those prices though.

Being a plus sized woman, this is the only place I can find affordable clothing that fits me and includes pretty designs that most stores only offer to their petite or slim customers.

I found some great deals on sale and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of areas to look at so be sure to take enough time as this store is big for this mall.
