The variety of women's clothing continually changes offering the latest in updated looks and fun fashion. The prices are low and often the quality reflects the prices paid, but I only expect the clothing, shoes and accessories to last a season or two. Please click if this is helpful.
I used to really love this store. They have a lot of nice stuff right now. I believe it’s a little bit overpriced but however, they do have a lot of modern cute items there with y’all go back and purchase more stuff.
The store has very bad service the manager didn’t want to honor the price listed on the signage or online. But was willing to drop the price for another customer that was caucasian. Do not shop here.
One of my favorite places to shop for gifts and myself. Service is always great. Employees are very nice.
This store is huge! It’s two stories so awesome And so well organized. It is probably one of the more organized and clean Forever 21’s I’ve ever been to, most of the time other locations are overwhelming and I want to leave. I shopped at this location before the fitting rooms were open, I bought a few items and one sadly didn’t fit. The store was so wonderful about the return and made it easy. I look forward to shopping here again!
MANAGER WAS TERRIBLE! Very rude. We spent $200 there and he was our cashier. The day before I bought a shirt on sale but they put it as full price, so I wanted my money back! He was very petty and got mad at me that it was not the same location that made the mistake. I was so happy to leave that store since I don’t go to that location often.. when I got home I realized one of my items was not there! It was a buy two get one free sale and that was my free one. Not to mention terrible items for kids and men. I saw another review say that the manager looks like a toe and I’m here to say it’s accurate.
Won't go back. Took daughter for clothes staff not friendly or helpful. As single father with a daughter and son to raise its hard for me to help her with clothes shopping but i do it and try my best and when i do go i try to ask for help. Most places there are girls willing to help find her sizes or what she looking for. Not here.
Can not try on clothes in store. So I made my purchase and took clothes home. Upon trying to EXCHANGE my clothes. They would not allow me because I didn’t have my receipt. Even though all the clothes had tags on them. I asked if my can just use the card I originally used to return it I have my ID & everything she would even help me. She legit looked at me as if they clothes where stolen and I’m trying to exchange them for different clothes now or money. I am frustrated as I had my 2 year old with me and have limited time to do things. Customer service sucks.
I was not happy with the clothes at this location. It reminded me of the store 'Wave'. Nothing was nice it was all bright or see thru and poor quality. I prefer the Forever 21 at Arrowhead Mall. The staff was great and helpful. My daughter purchased; two blouses, one belt, three pairs of earrings, two pairs of jeans and her total was $138
I came in looking for an 80's costume and not only did one, but multiple employees helped me out in every way they could. I experienced exceptional service and actually one of the best experiences I've ever had clothes shopping. One employee in particular stayed even after she was off to help me out. Keep doing what you are doing because you guys are doing it right! Thank you! :
