My wife and daughter love this place, cloths everywhere, I appreciate the price is not that expensive, and the cloths look good. I have a daughter that grows a inch every day so I appreciate being able to keep her looking good for a affordable price.

There was a decent selection and pretty good prices. The customer service here is terrible, though. It's really hard to find an employee and the ones you find don't know the inventory and don't care to help you figure anything out.

I'm a plus size girl and their selection of clothes is limited. Prices are pretty cheap. Walmart and Target are more expensive.

Okay. Nice items. Definitely for the younger kidsTeens & 20's had leggings for $3.50 each.

Staff could be friendlier and have more selection on styles but other then that good place for a cheap outfit

The zipper on my F21 boots broke the first time I wore them. I live in Fairbanks and really liked the boots. I called F21 and Julie was so helpful, She found another pair in my size and even found my receipt on her computer! Great customer service.
