Basement shop, glue traps for rodents in multiple places, got my septum done here, he had to Pierce it twice and it was still too low, had to get it removed and redone elsewhere. Avoid for piercings, especially trickier ones

Poor customer service, came in and wasn’t acknowledged nor was I even greeted/helped until ~15-20 mins later. Other than that, the piercer was very friendly and down to earth.

Jesse did a incredible job with a cover-up on a tattoo that really wasn't what I wanted. I gave her freedom of artistic direction and she blew away my expectations on it. Highly recommend her and the shop.

Kate is the best! Been coming here since 2005 to get tatts and piercings done! It’s not always by the same person but the environment is what I like I’m not picky about the artist because I know all the ppl in this place know what they are doing! Can’t wait to go back
