I had such an amazing experience working with Formal Faces! From the contract, trial, and day-of services the team was extremely professional and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Heidi as my beauty consultant and she was amazing!! Her goal is to make you feel your absolute best and she took so much time on my trial to make sure everything looked perfect. Sara was my Bridal Image Consultant for my wedding day, and she did a phenomenal job on my hair and makeup! She executed my vision perfectly at our trial, and when I asked for a few tweaks on the day-of, she even had some ideas that she had been thinking of as well! She was super thoughtful, and I enjoyed having her with me on the day-of. We had two other consultants, Yasmine and Rianna, who also did amazing work on all of my bridesmaids! We used formal faces for my wedding and all of my BM and mother got their hair and makeup done as well. Brielle and Ali did a phenomenal job and everyone looked so good! I would have Brielle do my hair and makeup every day if I could! They were worth every penny.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience with Formal Faces. After we did the hair and makeup trial, I ended up not liking a couple of things. She kept saying "Well, we'll do that next time!"..."next time" being the day of my actual wedding? I had so much anxiety about how it was going to look - considering we didn't get to practice it. On the day of the wedding, we had a very strict timeline. The lady who did my hair and makeup could not talk while working at the same time. So, she kept talking and then stopping in what she was doing which made the process longer. She then started to make rude comments about my mom which I did not appreciate at all.
